Good Location

Greatly over-priced, very poor soundproofing of the rooms, basically a bar with some rooms.

staff were friendly and very helpful and accomodating. location was very central to all amenities. room was lovely

The staff was great, the bar lovely to hang out in. They let us stay and drink after they kicked out the people not staying there. Very laid back, I felt like I was staying at a friend's house. I loved the stairs and the people complaining about them are lazy bums. We stayed in the Alexander Bell room and the theme design was delightful. The room was pretty sexy too with that giant mirror. This hotel is quirky and beautiful and I can't wait to come back! Oh we were there on pub trivia night which was fun too.

Very noisy, as it is in central part of city, so lots of noise in early hours of morning

Even though the location was fab and you definately pay more for that,I think the £120 a night we paid is too much. The room was very clean but the stairs and corridor were a bit grubby and quite shabby and the room we were in was getting that way too. I don't think you just pay for the room it is the whole experience and apart from the staff I think there needs to be quite a bit of work done to bring the hotel side up to standards.

The room was very clean and the old details gave the room it´s cosiness. The breakfast was super, much to choose from and at a good price.

Recommended car park at Radisson Hotel incurs a full charge of £19.50 a day not the Radisson Hotel resident's charge of £12.50 which we were led to believe when we rang before our stay. Expensive for room only.

The location in the central part of the city made the difference.

The photo's from Booking.com did not represent the actual rooms that were available as the Executive King Suite at the Bank Hotel, Edinburgh. The bathroom had gaping holes in the wall where once a towel rack and toilet paper holder must of laid. The bathtub was an ordinary fixture unlike the luxurious red lion's feet tub which was advertised on your web-site. The hotel room was small and cramped with very little window access outside since it was barred and wired. All in all this four star hotel which I paid for should be instated as a 2 star.
