Very good service. Excellent beds and comfortable and very quiet. Went for Malvern show and good position for that : little traffic on route to show and very near. Easy to find plenty of parking. A good hotel to stay the night where all facilities were good, good value.

The location was the main reason I chose this hotel; set in a pocket of countryside but within easy reach of several main town/city centres. On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff, the room I was allocated was beautiful! Plenty of space, the view was of peaceful countryside. The whole environment offered just what I was looking for - a peaceful and relaxing weekend away. Breakfast was wonderful, I didn't eat in the restaurant but if the breakfast was anything to go by, the food would have been tasty. My car broke down during my stay, although I had checked out the staff were eager to make me comfortable whilst I waited for help to arrive. Thank you everyone! I will have no hesitation in booking with this hotel in the future.

Needs updating. Basic room, and I mean basic. We arrived early evening and no room menu. Attended at reception to see a menu for restuarant to be used for rooms. All we wished for was a snack before bed. Was not to be.

The familiar atmosphere even though the building was impressioning traditional and luxury. The evening atraction at this weekende was a brideness party celebrated in the hotel, so there were a pretty posibility to dance and have a good entertaining. The bathroom had a shower with marvellous pressure of water. The towel heater/dryer was very useful. The golf club is in walking distance. The malvern area is wonderfull. The city Worcester is amaying for its ancient history and university city life style. The pubs in the area of great malvern are only 5 min. Drive away, within old churches and castles.

The electrical installations seemed to be not up to date. The reception was the only area to enter in free wifi. There were no Internet facilities. The heating in this old house was poor. The chimney salon was cold, because the chimney was not runnin G. The breakfast was ok, but with not very much variety and for this price to poor (no salmon, no fresh fruits, no cheese) only one bread type, no cakes, no yoghurts, only one marmelade type, no honey.

All staff were very friendly and attentive and I felt very welcome. Good atmosphere.

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay and will return, the rooms were perhaps a little tired and could do with updating. But it was very comfotable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will definately stay here again.

I don,t think there was anything we disliked about the hotel, as I said the rooms could benefit from updating but the place and staff more than make up for this.

The friendliness of the staff

When we arrived we where greeted by a lovely man on receptrion, who upgraded us to a suite without asking and the room was a four poster suite that was big and clean with tea & coffee makeing facilites great room. Then we went down to the bar for a bar meal and drinks food very good and very reasonable prices with sky sports great evening. Morning breakfast was not included in our £50 room rate but for £6.50 each the range and quality was excellent. We booked this hotel late in the day and where very pleased with the service and all the staff and we have lot's of weekend break's away.

I liked the venue for a wedding function which is the reason for my stay. However I did talk with quite a few golfers who were loving their stay with you. The room was spacious an more than adequate.

I just felt that alot of the decor could have done with updating. This is not a complaint just a constructive critism. The rooms could do with sprucing up and the wedding reception area the same as there were terrible marks over the walls.

Convenient to our filming location, plenty of parking and staff very nice.

The experience was just OK.

It appeared a little tired and in need of a refurbishment.

The hotel afforded good access to the city of Worcester, a lsightly expensive taxi ride but the is good parking on the out skirts of the city which is cheap.
