Friendleness and helpfullness of the staff Bathroom somehow leaked into the bedroom, so after all having a shower the bedroom floor become extremely wet and belongings on the floor got very wet. |

Hotel staff was very friendly but unprofessional. The concerns were good but the rest was old and everything was loose in the bathroom. We meet mickey mouse at midnight searching fun. |

Room was very untidy! no pillows on bed only 2 folded up sheets. walls were grimy, shower was broke. sanitary bin had not been emptied! everything was very discusting! the staff also did not speak much english. and there was only 2 plugs in the room, one of which was for the t.v which was black and white. |

very tight room, but do able for a night or two. Great for the price. Inside the room,as stated earlier,there was very little room for the large furniture that cramped the already small room. |

The staff was very friendly and location good for those flying from Stansted. From Liverpool St to Ilford station is only about 15 minutes and walking distance to hotel about 5 min. Ilford has a shopping mall and there are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel and a big nice park, Valentine's Park. I would definately stay at this hotel again. The only negative I have to say is that the temperature in the shower was hard to set. But once you figured it out it worked perfectly (turn the hot water on and just twist the cold water a little!). |

The personnel was very friendly and the English breakfast was abundant. The room was clean. It looked like there was put in a new carpet not long ago. Only 4 bus stops away from Grants Station (Central Line). Good price/ quality. It was difficult to get the shower at the right temperature. |

As I had seen from the other reviews, the location is good, even though it's in zone four of public transportation it's easy to reach the train/underground station. Busses are really just outside the hotel as well. The room looked new -renovated- and the area was quiet in the night. All in all good value for money. Our booking was not ready at arrival and we had to wait around an hour for check in, together with another couple who seemed to have had the same problem. People in the reception seemed a bit confused and the key/lock in the room was very old. |

The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. It was at a walking distance of the train station (10 minutes) which takes you straight to Liverpool street (perfect for Stansted airport) at Liverpool station there is and underground stop too.There are many shops and a mall within walking distance. |
