friendly staff Rooms were very cold at times and it make my baby cought a cold because the heater was on a timer, and thats one reason why we leave a day early. Anyway over all it was fantastic and we will come again but we will need to bring a heater to keep warm or come in the summer. |

I particularly liked the staff as they were courtious and helpful. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and the room itself was extreley comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was really nice also and the catering staff were pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to London as the ease of access was superb as it was located 5 mins walk from the station. |

The room quite big, confortable bed, availabilty of the manager to solve problems trying to taking care of the customer' s problems. No heating for all the night long (I' ve got sick!) and I asked to change the room but I've got only a small and unusefull mobile heating, work in progress during my stay in the main Hall and in the breakfast room (dirty carpet). |

The inclusive breakfast was very good value. Getting around on public transport was easy once you had found the place. Staff helpful even came to bus stop to help me with my heavy luggage when I got off at the wrong stop. No bedside table or lamp, very cramped room, no shades on the light just a bulb. However staff did say that this would change when the refurbishment was finished. |

Bed seemed clean but made up for five foot man ! TV Aireal hung up on curtain, via clothes hanger did not help shit reception. Breakfast - the meat items were deplorable. Toilet seat broken and no plug in sink - reported but still the same second day. Major refurb going on - not mentioned on web-site. Staff unhelpful due to thier lack of fluent English. Room on ground floor next to carpark - unable to get fresh air and sleep finishes at 6am ! Went for funeral of my brother this hotel just added to my stress. |

Polite staff, neat rooms and good breakfast worth the price. The only thing is that we din't get the room we booked for on the 1st day of our stay and had to stay in a room with the shower outside , which din't have any hot water that morning.Other than that it was a pleasant stay . |

The free parking. Close to Ilford train station, Wanstead, Redbridge and Ganshill tube stations. The hotel room was dirty, old, tiny, and very very loud. We could hear our neighbor snoring and watching his tv through the wall and there is a nightclub RIGHT across the street that blasted music til early in the morning. The staff were not very pleasant and one night, at 4 in the morning, one of staff got in a huge fight with a custmer over the bill and my husband had to go out and ask them to be quiet, the customer did, but the staff member still carried on and no one ever even apologized. The breakfast was okay I guess, but the milk was always room temperature and the cooked food was so greasy and salty we couldn't eat much. The staff were very awqward and it made me kinda uncomfortable. One day the maid the didn't clean our room. |

On arrival the staff was very helpful, and it is very close to the shopping area at Ilford, overall you could not fault the hotel in anyway Only 1 small complaint the Shower/Toilet could have been a little bigger, however just to stay one night it was adequate |

The room was comfortable and the bed was spacious. It was also in a convenient location. It was hard to control the temperature in the showers, it was often too hot. |
