reception staff were very friendly & helpful bed was very uncomfortable & there were no facilities for anyone with back trouble e.g. a board to put under the mattress, a non-slip mat for the shower |

The staff were very plesent, room clean, i liked the shower, toilet to near the door and the flush was behine the seat should be on the side or top. you need a car as just too far from any thing. breakfast looks good value, but when you add it all up--- drink, cearl, toast, fry up, it works out more exoensive then the premier inns breakfsat. £7.99 for all you can eat. a bit noisey if you like the windows onpen at night as next to the A1M. Not a real downer but i think the tv was to big for the room. a 26" would have been fine. |

We found the hotel convenient, comfortable, clean, efficient and well priced We wanted a budget hotel with easy access to the city centre for touring. The availability of a swimming pool was a bonus. We would come again and would check for similar Bannatyne hotels in areas we are visiting. S. Riungu |

It was nice to be able to use the gym and pool. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. It was also good to have some digital channels We had a long wait for breakfast and the cleaner was hoovering for quite a while which was annoying. Also they had opened the door and it was draughty. A bath would have made it perfect. The showers in the gym didnt seem very clean compared to our Bannatyne gym in Inverness but then it does have extra people from the hotel using it. |

Spacious, well-planned room good for a couple and accompanying small child. Excellent shower room. Practical and accessible storage space. Possibility to use pool and facilities in neighboring health club. Everything new, clean and good value for money. |

Big room, great bed and power shower. Good service. Use of gym free - ideal for me. Location not really inviting and very close to A1 so a little problem with traffic noise. |

The good quality of the furnishings and facilities in the room. The possibility of being able to use the nearby health club. Failed to clean room and make bed one night. The Location was not ideal for me as I did not have3 a car, but with a car it would be good. |
