A very warm welcome, indeed. After I had arrived by train, the owner of the guesthouse came to pick me up. We also had a friendly chat during breakfast the next morning, which I found was a nice personal note. Bannview is also perfectly located for shopping, as a small mall with a large Tesco is just across the road - and in case you need it, the train station is also in reasonable walking distance.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and evening meals were available from Monday to Thursday. These are appetising and reasonably priced. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and ensure your comfort. It is situated near the river which has lovely walks and it is convenient for the town and train station with fast trains to Belfast and Dublin. I liked everything.

It was very central & convenient for my purpose. The owner was extremely hospitable & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. Unfortunately, the new Shopping Centre across the road has blocked the view of the River Bann. The dining room is internal & completely closed in with no windows ~ as such, it was a little bit depressing. However, the staff compensate for this by being so helpful & pleasant.

It was very close to a lot of the places I wanted to visit. Once I discovered that I needed to look for A27, Bannview was very easy to find and wonderfully located across the street from a shopping mall and McDonalds! My room was nice and large with a big bathroom. It was chilly while I was there so they brought me a space heater and the room became very cosy. I had a hard time finding Bannview until I took a day off to study the map. once I figured out where I was, just off A27, it was very easy to find.

The exceptional service, friendly and gracious management, and very comfortable rooms nothing at all; faultless, well, maybe a little further from Belfast than I expected, but that was my fault

Big room and bathroom, clean. Location was really comfortable for us, everything we needed was in walking distance. Cooked breakfast was good. Good curtains which blocked the light from outside. Friendly stuff. Did not liked that the breakfast ended at 9AM. I am on my vacation and do not wanna wake up so early. But breakfast itself was fine. Road right outside the window but it was not that bad.

This was good value. Not a luxury hotel but the room was ok, a bit tired looking, but a bed, shower and tele with tea/coffee making. Not 5 star but it did what i wanted. Breakfast was good and they made me beens on toast instead of a full english when I asked. A bit basic but it does what it says on the tin.

Large rooms Web site indicated that there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel. This was a main consideration for booking the bannview,so a major inconvenience when we found none was available.

Friendly staff, 5 minute walk into town and a good breakfast. Free wifi. Breakfast and time you will eat it has to be ordered the night before. What if you're not hungry or dont know what you want? But if your on business it is excellent because its very quick. Owner stripped my bed and shower curtain at 0730 whilst I was still in the room!?

Friendly staff and although it wasn't the lap of luxury, I couldn't complain about anything. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
