The welcome from Sarah & Steve is brilliant. Home from home. Good food well cooked. The farm gets better. Go & enjoy
Large Breakfasts Lack of other people
The individual outdoor entrance to each room.
Friendly staff and owners. Beautifully aired. Peaceful location. Position of sockets near mirrors so you could dry your hair! Small fridge useful. May bring the dog next time.
Light outside room didn't work so quite dark to see where to put the key.
The owners were really friendly and attended to any needs we may want. The rooms was loverly, the food was yummy. Would definetly recommend to friends and family and would definetly stay again.

It does what it says on the tin!
The two routes to access the farm from the main roads are tortuous, narrow and have a poor surface and indeed are a fair distance to travel. Though we didn't need to apply them, the terms and conditions regarding cancellation are onerous and had we read them before booking we would probably have looked elsewhere. Have they had a lot of trouble with cancellations?
Settee in our bedroom.Such a well appointed bedroom. A light and airy conservatory for breakfast.
Having to wait for anyone to register and get into our room.
Great owners, space for children and outdoor play area. Also covered area with games great. Friendly chickens roaming. Good position for touring.
We liked our rooms, the surrounding gardens were lovely. The children loved the climbing frames, out door games and the alpacas!
All was good apart from a very squeaky bed!

Hosts were v friendly, the best British break we have had, breakfast gorgeous and we can't wait to go back
The relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts in the breakfast room were very good. Staying at a farm was a new experience for us but it was very pleasant. Convenient base for touring the N.Yorks. Moors and the Dales.
All good. Wonderful three days.
Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Very near Flamingoland
Very friendly, excellent food, lovely accommodation
Rural location with great views. Farm outbuildings converted to high quality (almost self contained units.) Very nice breakfast served in large conservatory by family owners. I have stopped here several times and the standards remain high. They deserve their high rating with the exception that I probably will not be able to get in next time !!! due to demand
We had a very warm welcome and were shown to comfortable and quiet accommodation. Very convenient as a touring centre. If we were touring the area again we would definitely stay again.
Friendly helpful staff.. Lovely breakfast...xx
Farm yard smel???
The warm welcome, the conservatory! The freshly cooked breakfast, the variety available at breakfast. The freindliness. The decor.
Everything, Steve and Sarah were lovely and very helpful, the full English breakfast was brilliant. They even arranged warm hot sunshine during our stay. Faultless
