Everything provided it was not worth the money

Good parking space.

Heating did nt work, washroom was a mess, first two days no one cleaned the room, breakfast included in the price was horrible, not a good experience epecially with kids

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was very dirty, the shower was broken and the water soaked the whole floor. The towels had yellow, crusty stains on them an the shower curtain was vile. It smelled awful! I'm not a fussy traveller but I think rooms should be clean. I wouldn't stay here again and £60 was far too expensive. The internet didn't work and there was no lamp - only strip lighting right above the bed which was blinding! Would never stay there again!

Convenient for the party we were attending

The facilities were very basic and I think it should be mentioned that breakfast included is scrambled or fried egg on a piece of toast.

I found the hotel very easy to reach by car. It was within easy reach of the city and also the venue i was attending. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.I arrived before the time of check in as I was going to an event taking place in London and was able to leave my car within the confines of the hotel and felt it was secure. Was always greeted by them on my getting up and going for breakfast and on my return at the end of each day. On the day I was checking out which was Saturday and I was again attending the event I had gone for I was able to again leave my car thre until I was ready to leave for home. I felt nothing was too much trouble. The room was enough for what I needed. I would have no hesitation in revisiting there.

L'hôtel était miteux, aucune hygiène. nous sommes finalement restés pour une 1 nuit au lieu de deux tant la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer en plus avec un enfant de deux ans c'était pas l'idéale. je ne le conseillerai à personne. très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel

Het personeel was vriendelijk en bereid om een stapje extra te zetten. De kwaliteit van de bedden was prima.

De kamer voor vijf personen was eigenlijk voor drie bedoeld. Behalve de bedden bleef er erg weinig ruimte over. De badkamer (bad/douche/WC) was heel klein en verouderd. Ontbijt in de lobby was vrij ongezellig (TL-licht, geen sfeer)

O hotel fica localizado na zona 4 de londres, muito, muito longe, o quarto é com o estofado e acaba acumulando mais "poeira", sei lá tive uma crise de renite, mas pra mim o pior foi a questao da localizacao

Le prix, la proximité de la station de métro, l'accueil souriant, le confort des lits, la proposition d'un petit déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Si on souhaite payer moins cher, on peut accepter quelques contreparties (ménage pas parfait, petit déjeuner sans prétention).

person o reception play on phone when we comes, was not sure on wchich level is our room, breakfast served on reception, on the sheet were pubic hair, can make coffee but need your own spoon, when i look on window i see.....the wall......

Easy access to train to get to London. Close to restaurants

Overall quality of the room, with leaking toilets, no water in shower or sink.
