Room clean and tidy with all facilities in good working order. Waiting staff effiecient and friendly. Hot and tasty breakfast. Rooms could do with a fresh lick of paint. Was automaticaly charged £40.00 for beverages and food upon late check in which i was unlikely to have. Reception staff were not very welcoming or forthcoming. Rooms at the front of the hotel are subject to 24hr road noise from the main road. Phoned the 24hr reception desk at 1.00pm to move room without rersponse. |

Only stayed one night, and didn't get a chance to use the facilities. However, I was very pleased with the room standard. Breakfast and dinner were also up to a very good standard, along with the bar. |

Lots of car parking and easy to find hotel, very good response for calling a taxi, Wallpaper hanging off the walls and ceiling, the bed cover had a massive rip across it, could not turn the heating down , like an oven, and we were kept awake till 2.30 and woke up at 6 by the noisy creaking floor above us |

A lovely lady called Gloria (who was serving in the bar) actually made my stay as she was extremely kind and helpful. Clearly cleaning of my room was limited as it was covered in dust in all the places that were not reachable with extreme ease. I think someone went in, sprayed some polish in the air and went out. The lobby of the hotel was nice but the rest of it was a mess. |

The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. As my wife is disabled they were very solicitous particularly during the fire alarm alert. There was no disabled access at the front of the hotel only via a fire door at the side. |
