The room was ver comfortable and clean, warm on arrival which was nice on a cold winters day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant very good and waiting staff could not do enough , despite the fact there was parties booked as well. Breakfast very good and food overall good value for money.

Handrails provided at the main entrance steps are unsatisfactory for slightly handicapped people although assistance for wheelchair users is offered a single handrail in the centre of steps would solve the problem

Good Location various cities, breakfast was reasonable, although I do prefer to finish my mouthful before my plate is taken. Staff we pleasant and polite Room was in desperate need of a makeover. Not clean and very dated. Air Conditioning unit right outside the window, and the noise was unbearable. Room was extremeley hot and no way of turning it down. Tried to use the tv to drown out the noise of the unit and the 20 children running down the corridors.....Only 2 channels available. Would not stay again and would not recommend

The staff were extremely friendly and most helpful, There is a very good deal including dinner which was generous in proportion and very satisfying. Free parking and wi-fi was a boon also. On arrival we were given a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. We were grateful but at a loss to see how the room conformed to executive criterion. Be aware of big parties and weddings: these tend to take over.

The food was excellent,& the resteraunt staff, both at dinner & breakfast were very good Our mattress on our bed was old & you could feel the springs, had a very uncomfortable night. We told the person on reception & he said they would put a new mattress on. But when we checked they had just turned the mattress over & put a matress cover.

We had a fantastic deal with meal bed and breakfast for two nights. I stopped with the rest of my family and all of us had trouble sleeping due to the heat of the rooms. Also we were all on different parts if the hotel and different floors. The meal was fantastic on the evenin, although we did ask skimmed milk on our reservation form this wasn't provided and when asked for they didn't have any.

I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The room was very modern and comfortable. The restaurant was very nicely decorated and the food excellent. We were on a half board basis and found this to be excellent value for money. At dinner we could choose 3 courses from the normal menu. Most of the choices were included, with just a couple of items on each course with a small supplement to pay. Breakfast was also very good with a good choice. I would recommend this hotel. The bar prices were a little expensive. The location didn't seem to be the best, but as we only stayed for one night en route home from a visit to London it didn't really bother us. There may well have been much more in the vicinity, but we didn't have much time to explore.

Food was very very good. Staff very helpful. Liked the Ladies only reserved parking spaces Traveled with my mother of 82 years old, washing facillites were not for elderly folk as only bath which my mother could not get her leg over to get in to use shower. Yes i would recommend this hotel but not for families with older folk

The price was good. Young blond haired man behind desk when I arrived (10 pm) was extremely courteous and helpful. Young girl behind the bar when I oredered a sandwich was extremely courteous and polite. Free car parking was excellent. Extra pillows in wardrobe were useful and added to my comfort. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were lovely and clean and starched. Tea, coffee and buscuits were a good touch. Room lighting was good and variable. When I entered the bathroom on arrival, there was a face washer under the mirror with a welcome card on it, and there were about 6 small hairs (eyebrow, I think) that were sitting on the face washer; presumably from the previous room occupant - it looked like the bathroom mirror shelf had not been cleaned following the the previous occupant, so I didn't use the face washer - I used my own. No lift servicing the third floor, and a winding narrow series of corridors and a set of stairs was the only access down to the 2nd floor and reception. A small bottle of courtesy water would have been good. I was thirsty and it was 10 pm and I had to boil the kettle to drink some water. No climate control knob in bedroom, which was quite hot and stuffy upon arrival but cooled down during the night. It would have been too noisy to open the window, given nearby road traffic. Red dot to mark my room on Fire Plan (back of door) was incorrectly placed on Room 322, and not 332, which was my room.

The location of this hotel was perfect for visiting a friend in the Walsall area and was easy to access. Nice size room, with everything you needed. If anything it would be that room was very warm even with the windows open.
