Welcoming staff. They were so helpful to us. When our car broke down, they got some tape for us to do a temporary fix. When we were looking for a shop that sold milk for our son, they gave us milk without charge. They also let us park there all day after we had checked out. The lady serving breakfast was lovely and friendly and acknowledged everyone as they walked in even if she was in the middle of serving others. The room we stayed in (a triple) was spotless! I have stayed in 4 star hotels that were not as clean as this place. If we go back to Blackpool again next year we will stay here for sure. We had a great view from our room too of 'the Big One' at Blackpool Pleasure beach. The rooms and bathrooms are also lovely and modern. Great place, can't fault it. |

great owners and staff and modern rooms and facilities best scrambeled eggs on the planet, had a great two weeks with my wife and two and half year old daughter on our holiday from Australia. |

For the price of the area the room was very modern and stylish a contrast to a lot of local hotels in area, the breakfast was enjoyable, room was adequate size etc, service was friendly. Only stayed one night but I did not encounter any negative |

The welcome was good, the breakfast was good. Good value for money. The only think I didn't like about the hotel was the shower. It worked but there was a hot surge of water when you were least expecting it. |

My partner and his son stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, during which they found everyone to be friendly and accommodating. Very clean with excellent meals. Owners couldnt do enough to help and make their stay comfortable and enjoyable. Disappointed with the room - was meant to be birthday surprise for partners son - was too small and cramped for a twin room. |
