Great location for the Pleasure Beach, Trams and Promenade..Hotel itself was spotlessly clean, rooms really nice and a good size, delicious breakfasts, cooked to order, had five children in our party ages from 3-13 but nothing was too much trouble to the staff..very helpful and friendly..would return in the future and intend to...Paul the owner was a great host, who helped make our holiday a really enjoyable one.

The hotel exceeded expectations the bedroom was very modern and contempory and the showering facilities were very good. I was expecting to have issues as everyone was showering around the same time. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. The entrance hall is a little dated but this maybe me being pedantic

When you have a shower sometimes the light goes off and there is no way to turn it on unless you open and close the bath's door again. The rooms could be better isolated from other rooms, as sometimes there is noise from other rooms (like when someone has a shower)

booked this hotel after reading its reviews. what a fabulous hotel! nothings too much for its hosts Paul and Babs if you're looking for a spotless, quality,family run hotel with lovely hosts look no further..the room we had was very nice with a large en-suite and was perfect for our stay.the food is very good with a huge menu to choose from at breakfast.bar meals are available in the evening.although not on the menu Babs made my wife a beautiful salad.as frequent visitors to Blackpool (visiting family) we have stayed in countless hotels and this is one of the best we have stayed in. the hotel is just yards from the sea front where the brand new trams operate every 15 mins.will definitely return to this fabulous hotel.

Nice little Hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Reasonably priced and good value. Would recommend this Hotel before the larger expensive Hotels. A good breakfast included. We stayed for 2 nights and will definitely stay again next time in Blackpool. I have stayed in some "dives" in Blackpol...this is definitely not one of those.
