The food in the grill restaurant was very good.
Stayed in the cottage accommodation which needs a refurb!
Fantastic hotel, amazing food. Pool, sauna etc a huge bonus. Value for money. Friendly staff
Not a compliant just an a point, main door on first floor could do with a 'slow move action' as kept banging when people leaving early morning, other then that point, all fantastic
Surprisingly nice food Very helpful staff Quiet hotel V pleasant stay
Swimming pool a little small
Location leisure facilities friendly,efficient reception

One of my favourite hotels. Every stay is just as good as the last. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, comfy rooms, and I love the pool.
I always want to stay longer!!

the rom was out of this world, beautiful.
Pool Restaurant Location
Workmen drilling outside our room at 750
Friendly helpful staff, excellent food in restaurant.
Do not stay in the garden rooms facing the road. The noise was horrendous!,
Friendly staff, meals very good in walled garden restaurant. Rooms very comfortable. Good parking.
wi fi not too good in room.
Swimming pool Restaurant
The whole place was great but particularly liked how you could get ice and fresh milk which was stored on the landings, a nice touch.
Had to change rooms, the second room there was no hot water, no fans in bathroom working in either rooms.
Staff were friendly.
Room was small, and light from the corridor was visible around the door. From corridor could hear what was being said in the room. Bathroom was small and dated. Shower was worst we've ever had. TV wasn't working and took someone about 20 mins. to fix. Have had better rooms at Premier Inn. Worst 4 star hotel we've ever stayed at and won't be staying there again..
Lovely swimming pool, perfect after a long day in the car. Great food in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful.
It was very hot and stuffy in the room (unusually warm weather). The shower in the room was poor, and there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect in a 4 star hotel.
Everything in general, from the moment we walked through the door, you could see the high standards this facility offers.
Not a long enough stay. Will be back, hopefully very soon.
Poor quality and expensive red wine by the glass!!
The hotel is superb and I can't speak too highly of the staff. Everyone of them was very friendly and helpful - good Lancashire hospitality. We enjoyed a barbecue cooked on the terrace (a new innovation being served during the summer on Friday evenings). Will certainly be back as it is a good stopping off point for us between Scotland and the south.
Room 104 is beautiful, but try and avoid this if you are used to complete quietness. The extractor outside the window can be heard through the double glazed windows.
The bathroom , very modern. The coffee machine was a nice touch. A special mention to the lovely staff in the bar/ restaurant
The noise of some fans outside very very loud and no aircon in the very warm room. Although there was a fan provided
The staff were friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the fact that the wifi was just available and didn't need you to log in to any site or enter any codes.
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Very quiet. Easy access from M6.
Only one room key and one for the unmanned leisure centre for my wife and myself.
We found the staff really pleasant and helpful at all times. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay again.
