We loved the apartments, we stayed in apartment 7 Hudson, really good quality for the money we paid! 10 minutes walking from the city center, everything was new, clean, quiet area. Girl at reception very nice and helpful. Definitely booking again this apartments when we visit Liverpool again! All perfect. People was complaining about deposit they charge you on arrival or if you lose the keys they charge you too, the same with late check out.. Honestly for the money you pay it still worth it. the only downside is the toilets. I had hemmoriods at the time and the toilets were very uncomfortable which made my hems flair up a lot.Really really sore!!

The girls in the reception were very nice and very helpful! The apartment was spacious and met our needs while travelling with children and 4 adults. Also a nice surprise that there were two bathrooms The floors were not clean, which was a bit of an issue as we had a crawling baby with us. One of the chairs was broken, and there were only 2 knives and forks in the kitchen.

The location of the apartments was great, fairly close to all the nightlife and to a lot of the cities attractions. The facilities at the apartment weren't great, not enough cutlery and crockery etc. the charges if you dared do anything wrong were also astronomical, for example £350 if you lost your room keys. Apartments weren't in great condition.

It is very close to where you can collect the keys to the apartment, making checking out also simple. The apartments are spacious for a family of 3 & with a fully equipped apartment, it makes cooking, washing much easier if you wish to stay a little longer.Staffs are very friendly and helpful and the price is reasonable. Rather than saying what is disappoiinting about the apartment, it is the fact that China Town itself is a disappointment that makes staying in East Village that wee bit disappointing. Given the fact that the apartment management team is good, I would recommend staying in Base Apartment - Spectrum for it is much closer to Liverpool One and Albert Dock.

The apartment was spacious and well presented with enough sofa space for all 6 of us. Nice big kitchen and fridge and more than enough storage in the bedrooms. Nice sized accomodation but I felt let down by a few minor things. None of our TV remote controls worked andV was tiny for a front room, we only had one key between 6 of us and our door chain latch didnt have an end on so we had to lock the door from the inside with the key otherwise anyone could have walked in. We also had nothing to wash and dry the dishes with, no cooking utensils and couldnt open any of the windows in the front room.

There was numerous things broken in the apartment. No staff every came to offer clean towels or fresh toilet roll which I felt was a joke. The location was awful and the street where you had to collect the keys was quite frightening I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. I thought the hole apartment was poor and I would not go back again.

The apartment was perfect we were a group of 5 lads celebrating a 21st birthday, 5 minute walk from the city centre perfect The hotel staff were extremely difficult to contact. The agreement we thought was a bit steep in terms of charges if things do go wrong luckily enough they didn'T. The checking out time was to early from our perspective 9:00 considering the usual 11-12 with your average hotel.

I was very happy with the location, the facilities and the apartment itself The only thing about the company was when you check in they demand a £250 bond, and then when they realised I lived within a 30 mile radius I would have to put another £150 bond down, £400 in total. They told me would be refunded to my card straight away, we were not told when we booked the apartment that a bond would have to be paid and it left us sort of cash for our weekend. I checked out of the apartment on sunday and it is now wednesday and I still have not received any of the bond back, if we knew about the bond there is no way we would of booked the apartment.

I liked the location very close to everything we needed. I didnt like that if you lost the key it would cost you £350!! Also that you have to put a £250 deposit on your credit card incase of any damage i think £100 would be more suitable. Also that we would be fined £100 for any noise complaints, apart from all that it was a nice apartment to stay in

It was central to where we needed to be. I did not like the smell coming from the ensuite, nor the dirty bedding, the stained carpets. Half the light bulbs didn't work, the patio door was broken so couldn't open it,all of the latches on the windows were also broken, making it very difficult to open and close. No hot water at peak times.Broken bin in the kitchen, wardrobe doors hanging off. And to top it off,you get fined for almost anything!!!! Tried to complain at reception and they were not interested.

Delighted with the apartments. Staff more than helpful. 5 min walk from liverpool 1 and albert dock. 5 min walk to local supermarket. many restaurants on same street. loads of room for family of 5, 2 of which adults and 2 teenagers. would definatly recommend to others and will use again. only one glass in apartment. smell from drains but seemed to in the area rather than apartment. but i really am looking hard for something to complain about

Great location , easy to find, staff very helpfull and polite. The apartment had a funny smell, had bit part cuttlery ie one pint glass and one small cup and no wine glasses. Stains on the carpet floor, door handle fell off the patio door, vomit and cigerette stubs on the balcony, bedroom window would not open so had a hot and sticky night, when I made the booking I was called and asked if I was going to have a party as this was not allowed and the apartment above and to the left both had parties until very early hours! And lastly we come across 2 cockroaches in the small period of time we spent in the apartment.

The apartment is well situated. The rooms are spacious and it was adequately furnished. Nice and bright rooms too. Good value and ideal for a weekend break.. There were a few items missing from the kitchen cupboard and perhaps a deep clean of bedroom carpets could be done. Otherwise, perfectly satisfied thanks.

The apartments were very conveniently located for city centre atractions. Although in a busy 'going out' area they were quiet during the evening. On first appearance the apartment was very impressive, modern and comfortable. However, it was not as clean as I would have expected. The kitchen and bathroom floors were marked and dirty around the edges. They did not look as though they had been cleaned. The handles on all the kitchen cupboards felt very sticky and the cupboard doors were dirty. The oven needs cleaning. The freezer is full of ice and frost. The bin lid (kitchen) has broken. There were curry stains on the living room floor under the coffee table. The handle on the balcony door was broken. The verandah had cigarette ends and ash on the deck. The window in the bedroom couldn't be opened. Tha appliances and fixtures and fittings are cheap and nasty.
