The room was clean, the design of the room was quite nice. The WiFi - free was great!!

The audio visual system was not as good as I expected as a lot of the music tracks that were not available, that was a a lot disappointing. The breakfast was not enough for the cost of the room!

The air conditioning - was loud and errratic - hard to keep cool, though it wasn't a huge deal. I didn't complain.

Friendly helpful staff, ideal location for exploring Liverpool, good sized rooms with a great mini kitchen, free wi-fi and help yourself computers as well as a coffee machine. Budget friendly.

no control over room temperature below 23 degrees. Asked reception to lower and they wouldnt lower below 19 degs.

Facilities were excellent Staff friendly Really good value and have already recommended to friends.

Did not like the breakfast . It is continental.

Our lights went in our room and we were only provided with a lamp and there was no offer of a discount or refund even though we were without main lights for the duration of our stay!

Modern, clean and comfortable room. Damien (I think) on reception at check in was very helpful and friendly.

There is possibly a problem with the water....tried to get a drink of water from tap in the middle of the night but I couldn't get any cold water, tap just kept running warm water. However then in the morning when I brushed my teeth the water was cold?!

The hotel apartment was gorgeous, loads of room and it was luxury!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.If we needed to know anything,they were very willing to help.The kitchenette,altho small was at hand with tea and coffee facilities.We also had a safe which was ideal.It was quite close to Liverpool one,which was a bonus.

The room was smaller than we expected,and the view wasn't very nice,with derelict buildings opposite.The ensuite was a bit smaller than we expected,but adequate.

The location is very good being very central.

(1)The room (401) surely cannot be classed as a superior room,(2)It was very warm in the room and the temperature could not be set lower than (23), The total charged for the room was £250,,the amount on the receipt stated £180 ??

You could not open the windows. The Air Con did not work properly. The Shower was broken. The booking was in a incorrect name. The noise was terrible

Excellent staff helpfulness especially Darren on reception, gold star. Very close to centre. Good value .Will stay again and have already recommended to 2 couples who said they would also be trying you out.

Could have done with tea as well as coffee being available in lounge area to save having to go back to room, so we could have relaxed in lounge area.

the location- close to city centre , lime streeet station and arena and convention centre, security safe, there was card entry for doors and lifts, the mini kitchen was ideal for business travellers i was at a confrence and it allowed me to have my own food love the ice machine too. staff very friendly and helpful and also offered luggage storage if early check in or late check out

that there was not a proper receptical for the ice like a plastic jug
