Sophie was so helpful and sweet. She was at the main desk and even made me some coffee when I got up before my husband. The staff was very professional and eager to help. The location was wonderful as it is walking distance to the Earl Court Station for the Metro. We were able to catch the Metro and get back to The Nadler with no trouble at all. We would gladly stay there again.
Location, fairly strong wi-fi, kitchen facilities.
Liked almost everything. Think you need larger rubbish containers, but really, considering this is a hotel in the middle of the city, I was pleased.
The kitchen facilities are a great surprise for us, they have all what you can think about. It's really convenient. Great location, not far from the earls' court tube station, where you can find a lot of shops and cafes. The staff are very helpful. The little "fur blanket" should be the highlights, and we love it very much.
The room isn't so big. They don't have a restaurant inside the hotel, so there is no breakfast.
Staff was well trained, friendly, and very accomodating. They are a green facility, so don't expect your toiletries to be replenished everyday. We ran out once, but called the front desk and they immediately dropped off more. Even got us a bucket of ice. My suggestion is you want or are missing something just ask. Don't forget to ask for the restaurant coupons. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend.
Good location, near earl's court station, but in a side quite road. Newly renovated. Clean. Comfortable. Reasonable price.
GSM service of mobile phones could not work in the rooms in the basement. No breakfast.
Wonderful accommodating staff, modern rooms with great en suite, flawless wifi, close to Earls Court tube station, an easy underground ride from Heathrow, good local restaurants.
Location, ambience of the hotel, staff
Next time, I would pay more to get a room with an aspect. We had a room on the lower level, which looked into a light well.
The rooms and beds were comfortable. We loved the kitchenette, especially the Nexpresso machine which got this American hooked on expresso. Service was attentive and excellent. While not inexpensive, the comfort and amenenties, such as the refrigerator and microwave brings value that reduces daily expenses, especially if you have leftovers and utilize the nearby grocery. Laundromats nearby (hotel recommended Bobo's Bubbles, but there is another). Bobo's also has an attendant there during some of the hours so you could leave your wash for later pick up which wasn't inexpensive, but tremendously convenient if you are tired or pressed for time. Location is very good to transport, food and groceries, etc. Note, Earl's Court underground has an elevator/lift which is valuable if your hauling luggage or have difficulty with stairs; and a direct run to and from Heathrow.
Hotel is about 1 1/2 to 2/blocks from underground which while not far, can seem a little, especially if raining and cold. The walk is flat and easy to manage through a quiet neighborhood of homes or hotels. Note: Nadler will lend you an umbrella.
Excellent staff - helpful and friendly. Nice room, clean tidy and well fitted. Good quality bed and bed linen. Enough pillows. Quiet.
Bed against the wall - don't like having to clamber to get to bathroom. I know it is a small room but this could be improved. Too few teabags and milk provided in the room.
Location, friendly helpful staff, very clean
had a souterrain room with view of pavement
Room was more like a serviced apartment. It was a good size with room for suit cases without tripping over them. Plenty of wardrobe storage. Bathroom was large as was the shower and there was plenty of shelf space to keep toiletries. Bed was very comfortable and made with quality line. Tea and coffee making facilities.
I can't say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel. I would definitely recommend it.
Location and cleanliness
Feels like a hostel not a hotel should be a 3 star. Rooms way to small
The way it supplies all that is needed for a good nights stay
the location. very close to tube and bus stations. mini kitchen with microwave and nespresso coffee machine. very helpful staff.
the room is too small.
This is the second time staying at the Nadler Kensington. It is quiet clean and in a good area with lots of eating places nearby as well as Kensington High Street a ten minute walk away. The nearest tube station is Earls Court which is a three minute walk away. Having the small kitchen is a plus for saving money on food.
- close to groceries - personnel - new and clean
- choddy neighborhood
Convenience of location (less than 5mins from Earls Court, on the Piccadilly line with an elevator to street level). Lovely staff: welcoming and helpful. The single rooms are tiny but extremely well planned and have everything one might need. Very clean and well kept.
Ideal for a short stay but the tiny single room means a suitcase really has to fit under the bed which might not work for a longer stay.
Friendly, concerned staff and comfortable environment.
Room interior showing wear and tear.
The facility and service were excellent. The location was great too
Location, kitchen, shower,staff Value
Staff were excellent and helpful upon arrival with tips and directions to make us feel at home. Room size was adequate and in room coffee machine was a bonus. Room very clean and a pleasure staying there.
My husband found the air con a bit loud at night- didn't bother me though. Also found the huge step out of the bath/ shower dangerous - a hand rail or step would improve things.
Close to tube,retaurants,
Room was clean but VERY small
A modern clean room in a great, convenient location. I had a single room at this hotel, and compared to other single rooms I have had in London, this one was quite spacious!
The location was excellent!
The room was a little tight for space and tucked away in a back corner of the hotel.
Very modern and clean, close to tube
