Cleanliness Location Staff friendly, professional & helpful Self catering facilities Allowed luggage storage after check out Quality bed linen
Very small single room with bunk bed & built in ladder to top bunk made room feel slightly claustrophobic
Great location, helpful staff, very clean and super comfy beds. I also loved the kitchenette and coffee machine.
Staff were friendly and efficient from our initial arrival. The hotel was very well presented with a boutique feel. We were meeting with family who live in the area so this was an ideal location. The room was lovely. We both agreed what a wonderful nights sleep we had. We wouldn't hesitate in staying again and have recommended it to other family members. Many thanks.
Close to tube and amenities. Comfortable room and helpful staff
Stairs at frontdoor and inside on second floor made travelling with a stroller a but cumbersome.
Really clean rooms with a fresh feel to them. Stayed in 202 and the room was a lot bigger than what you would get in london.
Staff was willing to bend over backwards to help with any issues. They gave directions, booked taxi's, and provided umbrella's when it rained in London.
Location to Earls Court Station and the main strip of shops, cafes, etc. That we were provided a nice cot with a cute blanket and a smaller kids towel for the toddler that was travelling with us. In addition, they had a rubber duck that you could request from reception - which assisted at bath time for our toddler. That the housekeeping was later in the afternoon. So you didn't have to worry about being interrupted in the morning. The nespresso machine in our room (our room category). The kitchenette was new and you felt comfortable using it as it was clean.
Not enough cutlery in the small kitchenette. Once we used the items we would have had to have requested cleaning cloth/detergent so that we could clean the cutlery. Otherwise wait for room service. No breakfast - as an option.
I love everything reasonable price, great location, friendly stuff, kitchen facilities. will come back again
Small double is small !
The location was ideal for sightseeing and close to the Tube(the underground). The staff was very helpful.
Did not provide wash cloths - a minor thing. Rooms were rather small. Also wished they had a restaurant - they do provide room service for breakfast.
Great location very close to underground stations, shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at the Nadler, and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.
Single rooms are quite comfortable and big enough for one or even two people. The hotel is very close to the Piccadilly line, so you can easily reach every part of the city.
There is no breakfast available in the hotel, even if the room is fully furnished with microwave, fridge, tap and cups.
Cleanliness Location Helpful, friendly staff
Twin bed not very comfortable
Stayed for one night in July - very happy with room - very clean and comfortable. Staff were happy and polite. Kitchenette is nice touch and also the Brita water filter tap was used alot as was very hot on the day we stayed! Location is excellent as only 5 minute walk from Earls Court station. Would stay again and would recommend!
Third visit to the Nadler Kensington, great hotel and very friendly and helpful staff, pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to King room Hint if staying, go for the Superior or better room and enjoy.
Having to leave
Liked the location: 1 direct line from Heathrow 2 5 min walk to tube station 3 fresh food store nearby
I would like summer weight duvets or a top sheet and softer duck or feather and duck pillows. Otherwise excellent
I have been staying at the Nadler Kensington [formerly Base 2Stay] for years and it has become a favourite in London. The staff is professional, well trained, well informed and charming. Transportation is easy from Heathrow or to the centre of town; museums, shopping, etc.
The AC was a blessing in the heat. The kitchenette was useful. The wifi/TV was good. Also you get discounts at restaurants nearby. Vending machine on second floor.
staff were very friendly. the location was really good very near earls court tube. the room was big and the bed very comfortable. we had a great nights sleep as it was so quiet.
nothing. i wouldn't say it has a 'kitchen' though. it's a kettle and coffee machine and a cupboard full of crockery - you certainly wouldn't cook a meal there!
love this hotel, super new, clean, simple and stylish. Great staff and location. I come back every year. Love the large power showers and the mini kitchen and fridge in my room so I can self cater when i want.
Employees of the hotel are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The area is very convenient, next to the Underground and in a quiet area near a small beautiful park which resembles like being in Gramercy Park in New York City. It is a very nice renovated hotel which I truly recommended
Location One staff member at reception..Abdullah I think, most helpful, most sensitive to needs, proactive, good service instincts
Tiny, tiny room. A junior double, would have had more room with a single bed. Value for money extremely poor Large number of staff have poor English...had to explain over and over what a rubber/elastic band is to one-man, and another woman so dense/unaware of English , she had to come up to my room to have my simple request explained to her On checking in, a very loud Italian woman was speaking to a Female receptionist...not a guest, just chatting, had been there 40 mins apparently...so noisy I could not hear what the checking in person was saying to me, oblivious to others, took over the entire check in counter. The female receptionist should have moved her away into the general waiting area so that she did not disrupt the reception area, very poor judgement on the part of the female receptionist Staff very friendly to older patrons who seemed like they might tip well. Apart from Abdullah, they were pretty oblivious to the rest of us. Offered coffee to older patrons in waiting area and ignored the rest of us. Not nice!!
The AC wasn't cold enough for me No facilities for pushchairs to go inside the hotel
