A modern clean room in a great, convenient location. I had a single room at this hotel, and compared to other single rooms I have had in London, this one was quite spacious!
The location was excellent!
The room was a little tight for space and tucked away in a back corner of the hotel.
Very modern and clean, close to tube
Very nice modern furnishings In-room Nespresso machine Fresh and clean Helpful staff Close to metro
Small room size
Location great, kitchenette great
Pillows awful... Noisy neighbours, we were in room 306 which appeared to back onto a hostel of some sort
Staff were friendly and professional. The location is great, close to Earls Court tube station, pubs and shops. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. Would recommend this property.
One small item-the room safe was located on the bottom self of the wardrobe and was difficult to access.

location kitchen for on the spot coffee and thee silence
a softer pillow might be nice
The location was very good. Convenient to tube and to Heathrow.
Overall, very good experience. Shower temperature varied at times. Would definitely stay there again.
Kitchenette was really helpful Rooms clean Location is close to Earl Court station and very close to any shops Staff very helpful
Not cheap. ..
Located very close to Earls Court Train Station, with just a short ride into central London.
The Nadler has all the facilities you need and is very handy to London sights
A delightful boutique hotel. I will certainly stay there again if I return to London.
I had quite elegant bunk beds in my room and bumped my head a couple of times, but that was my own fault.
Location is great. Close to tube and tourist spots.
Double bed was up against the wall. Made it hard to get out if bed with my husband in the other side.
Ironing equipment under the bed.
It was not possible to open the window properly. Only air conditioning in the room.
Excellent, professional and friendly staff. Room comfortable, clean and with all necessary facilities. Kettle, coffee machine, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
Only that there were no restaurant facilities, but lots of excellent eateries within a few minutes walk.
the room was a little small
Cleanliness Location Staff friendly, professional & helpful Self catering facilities Allowed luggage storage after check out Quality bed linen
Very small single room with bunk bed & built in ladder to top bunk made room feel slightly claustrophobic
Great location, helpful staff, very clean and super comfy beds. I also loved the kitchenette and coffee machine.
Staff were friendly and efficient from our initial arrival. The hotel was very well presented with a boutique feel. We were meeting with family who live in the area so this was an ideal location. The room was lovely. We both agreed what a wonderful nights sleep we had. We wouldn't hesitate in staying again and have recommended it to other family members. Many thanks.
Close to tube and amenities. Comfortable room and helpful staff
Stairs at frontdoor and inside on second floor made travelling with a stroller a but cumbersome.
Really clean rooms with a fresh feel to them. Stayed in 202 and the room was a lot bigger than what you would get in london.
Staff was willing to bend over backwards to help with any issues. They gave directions, booked taxi's, and provided umbrella's when it rained in London.
Location to Earls Court Station and the main strip of shops, cafes, etc. That we were provided a nice cot with a cute blanket and a smaller kids towel for the toddler that was travelling with us. In addition, they had a rubber duck that you could request from reception - which assisted at bath time for our toddler. That the housekeeping was later in the afternoon. So you didn't have to worry about being interrupted in the morning. The nespresso machine in our room (our room category). The kitchenette was new and you felt comfortable using it as it was clean.
Not enough cutlery in the small kitchenette. Once we used the items we would have had to have requested cleaning cloth/detergent so that we could clean the cutlery. Otherwise wait for room service. No breakfast - as an option.
