Score from 2095 reviews Very good
Staff were welcoming and the hotel is stylish, warm and classy. Swift check in and a complimentary room upgrade! Lovely room with a well equipped mini kitchen. Very short walk to Earls Court Road with plenty of restaurants, tube station and concert venue. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom too! Overall wonderful stay!
TVs in the room are quite small for the size of the room but didn't matter too much for us as we didn't spend lengthy amounts of time inside.
Staff extremely kind and helpful
The hotal was wonderful. The location great. But mostly, the staff were exceptional.
Tried to book extra nights stay later on in the month, had agreed on price, but when paying the next morning, the prices had gone up.
The hotel was perfectly located. 150 yards from nearby earls court tube station. The rooms were luxurious and staff very friendly
I liked everything
Everything. Hotel was spotless, staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't have done any more for us.The kitchenette is so handy especially with a toddler. The location is fantastic, only a very short walk to Earls Court station, which is buggy accessible. Overall we were very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Could not find any fault.
It was an easy 3 min walk to the tube. The hotel offered and grocery shopped for me. There charge was reasonable. My refrigerator was stocked with my items and I was able to eat in for all my meals.Money saver!! When I needed a car service to airport, promptly done.
Just wish they had a cup in the bathroom.
Excellent staff, very clean, very good furnishings, easy access to the tube.
Nothing to dislike!
friendliness comfort & central location close to transport facility
This is the place that I come to when I visit London. From getting off the plane at Heathrow to check in (via the tube, Piccadilly Line and Earls Court station) takes around 90 minutes, tops. Easy and cinvenient for all London attractions using the oublic transport system. Staff are impeccable, friendly and so helpful. Facilities are all ther for you, from comfortable beds to great hot showers (excellent water pressure) and a kitchenette laid on. Plenty of places to grab a bite locally, or you have the whole city to choose from. Have stayed 3 times now, and each time gave been very satisified.
-close to the tube -quiet -clean
-shower working intermittently -no espresso machine -no complimentary for anniversary -last but not least, staff behaves differently acording to people's nationality
lovely location kitchen with coffee machine
value for money caffeine-free coffee-capsules
Room cleanliness Modern Bathroom Staff greeting and helpfulness
Clean Convenient Central Comfortable
No breakfast Slightly claustrophobic due to incredibly small size, but central London is never roomy at this price point.
Brilliant location for accessing the sights of London. Shops, restaurants & pubs within a couple of minutes walk. Hotel well presented. Room comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated, fresh & bright. Little kitchen area so handy yet does not impose on room. Found hotel to be very quiet.
Standard room a little on the small size but adequate.
Great location, only 3 minutes walk from Earls Court station. Free Wi-Fi, mini-kitchen in every room, very kind staff. strongly recommended!
All was execellent
modern quiet spotless rooms, lovely bathroom, good quality towels and shower.Friendly, helpful staff happy to furnish us with information on shops, transfort etc. great location.
Unfortunately the room we had booked was unavailable as the receptionist explained it was not left in fit condition for occupation for at least 2 days by the previous guests. So we had 2 rooms instead ,one with bunk beds The upper bunk was not so easy to ascend/descend for middle aged ladies.
The hotel staff were very helpful in giving advise on things to do, giving directions and where to eat. A discount voucher for a dozen specifically recommended eating places of various taste was also very helpful.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Single rooms are very small
Fantastic location Amazing and beautifully designed rooms
Shower difficult to use No breakfast included
Too tiny rooms, but it's very clean. The location is ok. Kensington is not the center of everything, but the Earl's Court underground stop is only 300m away.
Just too tiny and the room key was off every night.
Location of the hotel was very near the Tube which made it easy to get around London. There was a grocery and lots of restaurants nearby as well which made it very convenient. The hotel staff was also very helpful and pleasing.
We sometimes had trouble using the access card to enter the front door. In anycase this was always addressed by the staff to double check that our card key worked. I guess there is a certain technique for the front door access.
I like everythings of this hotel!!! In particolar this hotel is very clean e i love the neighborhood!!! Thank you very much for the kindness of the staff!!! I think that i will return here soon!!!
Close to tube Clean and comfortable Good wifi
Standard double rooms seem to vary a lot in size. We had two and one of them seemed a third smaller at least even though we paid the same for both.
