It was close to the tube, only 10 minute stroll. Rooms were very convenient, quiet & clean. Free wireless internet connection is a bonus as well as a large plasma tv. |

The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a problem with the electric fuse tripping and the manager came up immediately to fix the problem. Nothing is too much for them. |

I liked the surroundings,location was very good,as i was travelling on my own,i felt very safe.the reception staff were so helpfull and their advice re trips etc.was spot on.i got in to wimbledon one day on ashleys advice . |

quick, easy, good location, nice area, good value in London, modern with flat TV and small kitchen facilities. Exceptionally quiet for a city hotel...- but the banging room doors at night very disturbing. get spring loaded doors or soemthing? |

Very nice rooms with confort beds and modernly decorated. Great location with many restaurants, tube, supermarket and pharmacy near by. The only negative point about our stay was that the housekeeper throw away a shopping bag with "macarons" and cookies from Fortnum and Mason. :-( That was sad because when we noticed it was sunday evening and this shop has already closed, and how we were leaving early monday we couldn't buy these things again. |

Nice and modern hotel, good value for money, quiet neighborhood and very close to Earl´s Court commercial center and station, nice people. We was there for four nights, they didn´t changed towels any day, it was not terribly but a fact. |

Read great reviews on this hotel before our trip and it lived up to all of them. Great hotel in a great location, lovely staff and great room, the mini kitchen is a brilliant idea, would definitely recommend and will stay there again. |

Good location in a quiet neighbourhood. Simple yet smart accommodation. Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff My room was below the ground level and looking at the wall and inner courtyard so the curtains were mostly down when I'm in the room which is a pity since the weather was beautiful during my stay. |

in comparison to equivalent class hotels in London, this was a very nice hotel to stay in. The limited space was put to good use; everything was (and kept) spotlessly clean and well taken care of, whereas other hotels often have a worn, 'can't be bothered' approach. |

Excellent location. Nicely refurbished rooms. Room is clean. Like the free wi-fi and mini kitchen. The sink in the bathroom was not completely cleaned up. The dirt was not visible but can feel it when touching the basin. The mattress was not comfortable. Can even feel the springs when lying down. |

Clean, comfortable room. Nice bed. Good showers. Tried putting me in a lower ground room near the street. Asked for, and got, a quieter room on 3rd floor back. |

The hotel's location is great and it's easy to get to any place in central London. The rates are reasonable. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. |

Hotel staff were pleasant and efficient. Complete freedom of entry and exit to the hotel. Rooms well serviced and all electrical appliances worked. Being a smoker having to go on the street to smoke. Not being able to pay by cheque or my banker's card - which was Maestro and not Visa - and having to withdraw cash. |
