Excellent location, being a few minutes walk from Earl's Court tube.Very helpful reception staff. Discount vouchers for many local restaurants. Excellent bed and fittings. Great to haave WiFi included. "Delux double" room had some cooking equipment in a cupboard but there was no room for 2 people to sit and eat - a very sqeezy room. No where to place even one open suitcase. |

Good location, near the Earl’s court underground station and a 5 min walk to a supermarket. I put a special request with my reservation and got exactly what I’ve asked for. I also really liked the modern glass showers. The room was small , but it was expected for downtown London and it was very clean. |

I did like my stay in the hotel and I will definitely recommend it. The Hotel is very nice, new and clean. The staff is excellent! Unfortunately, I had an extremely small room; therefore, the comfort of living was not very good. The size of my room. It was too small. |

The close proximity to a central tube station such as Earl's Court, with easy access to two main lines (Picadilly and District), as well as so many restaurants and other amenities close by; clean, comfortable room; and especially the amazingly friendly and helpful staff!! The ventilation system didn't get as cool at night as we would have liked. |

This hotel lacked nothing! Great location, close to everything but situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The welcoming folder gave us information on everything we needed, the room was clean and the bed amazing! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the kitchenette with fridge and microwave were very valuable after a long day of shopping and/or sight seeing in London. The best hotel we've ever stayed at (and this says a lot!) |

Extremely welll appointed and really comfortable bed - staff could not have been more helpful - easy 5 minutes walk to city train or bus and hotels/restaurants. This hotel is a real gem and everything it promised Computer link direct to flat screen tv was an excellent idea but took some getting used to and was a little bit cumbersome - possibly some fine tuning of this system might help - really only an insignificant problem though. |

Base2Stay is a comfortable hotel. Clean, nice bathroom, very good beds, little kitchen, even with a teapot and watercooker. Very kind employees. Always candies to take with you in the morning ready for you! We will certainly choose Base2Stay again. |

I have stayed in the hotel for 6 days and the overall experience was very positive. The hotel is simple, clean with an effort to balance between business and luxury hotel. The location is perfect... near Earls Court tube station (2min on foot) you can reach almost every destination in London... at the same time the road in front of the hotel is really quiet. I have stayed in a single room. Even though I was expecting to see a small room I was surprised by the space provided. It is not big... but it is not small... it is exactly what someone (at least European) needs when booking a single room. In addition Wifi is for free... but sometimes the signal goes off and is not stable... there is also internet TV for free. One minor issue was the sound insulation of my door as noise was coming into my room (I could listen what was happening in the corridor)... but the hotel is not busy so... it was only a couple of times that I heard something loud. |

good location, quiet, clean, modern, helpful staff, would have liked clean up supplies for kitchen, placement of over small table made it unusable, room was serviced vary late on every day, not enough tea/coffee supplied. TV resolution made watching inconvenient, internet TV was slow & keyboard difficult to use. |

The hotel staff is very responsive. They treat you more like you are staying at a five star hotel. I ran into a small issue. They had the whole team working together to resolve it. I am a picky type. The location is convenient. The facility is new (or newly remodeled). Good value. |

The staff was professional; knowledgable; friendly; and concerned about delivering the best possible experiences for their guests. The hotel was very comfortable; clean; convenient - a well thoughout and executed concept. I will definitely stay there on return trips! And I look forward to other locations of Base2Stay. |
