service reception is far from the room, it is 20 minutes by taxi far from the apartment
I like everything except that: I could only reach my flat with an outside stairs and this was difficult with luggage and I did not like the manner the manager talked to me, her attitude was not nice whatever she said. but the two housekeepers were wonderful.
I like the location front of Harrods
I don't like the house keeping at the weekends off no body clean
The flat was great. It is perfectly located, with the tube just 3-minute walk away and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Sophia and Alexandra who checked us in were very nice and helpful, they answered all our questions and even provided us with adaptors. The flat is spacious and it was very convenient having 2 bathrooms. (We stayed in apartment 4) The only thing I have to comment on are the wardrobes. There are no shelves, just hangers and the small cabinet inside which has drawers can't be open! The place is expensive, but you pay for comfort and location.
Location And only location!
Please beware as we felt very cheated and deceived as when you book a one bedroom apt, it says sofa bed inthe living area, which is obviously part of the apartment. However one my kids slept on the floor as we were told it was 50 pounds extra to make the sofa bed !!!! Booking.com clearly says double bed in room and sofa bed so obviously if I am paying for the apt, why would iPad extra for the sofabed to be made!!! Completely fraudulent and am going to take it up with booking.com! Also 10 pounds extra per day if you leave any unwashed dishes in the sink!
Loved loved the location and the size of the larger studio ! Staff was very sweet and cooperative as we were travelling with 3 kids ! I would def stay here every time I come to London
A bit expensive :(((( and sofa bed bed was too springy n uncomfy !
Access to Knightsbridge tube and London.
Did not read about checking in process over past Marble Arch. Had already arrived in Basil St & had to pay to be driven there to get key then back again. I had tried to phone 3 times & emailed twice but the 24/7 concierge failed to respond.
Location is perfect
Location and facilities like at home
great location to overlook Harrods. convenient to underground and buses. Sainsbury's/Waitrose just around corner for supplies.
squeaky doors and a tempramental oven that I only used once. Otherwise would recommemd or go back if we had the chance.
Location and facilities. Nice to have a washing machine and kitchen.
Bed a bit uncomfortable. Sofa a tight fit for two. Hot water supply very poor. Hot water for shower ran out very quickly.
Rooms, equipment, locality....
No room service on Saturday
Location is fantastic.
Previous occupants smoked heavily in the apartment and it smelled of smoke.
The location was ideal for Knightsbridge and very close to Harrods. The apartment was clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. It was serviced by friendly staff daily to a high standard.
Instructions for all appliances were easily accessible. Location was excellent. Compared with the prices for hotel rooms in the area, the apartment was reasonable value. All equipment was good quality and in good repair.
The kitchen cabinetry was in need of repair. No non-slip bathmat supplied - and resultant bruise to prove it. Wifi was appallingly slow or non-existent.
location is very good. staff nice.
there was many steps, it was uncomfortable to carry up or down my luggages. I was felt big pressure by check-in time.
Location most notable but, really, everything met our expectations or surpassed them. I will recommend the apt to everyone and, indeed, already have to a few friends.
Arriving well after 5pm required a taxi to a hotel where the staff, granted it was midnight, was not fully familiar with the process to complete the registration and hand over the key.
Excellent location. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with a balcony.
We had to collect the keys and check in at The Lancaster Hotel 1 mile away.
Location and beeing able to stay in the flat a bit longer on Sunday. Check out at 10 in the morning with many suitcases would have been a problem for us. Good value for your money and nice staff.
Maybe when booking say more about where to put suitcases if check out at 10, and location at hotel if check in after 17.
no parking place if you find a parking very expensive
Location fantastic, shoppers paradise. Literally at the backdoor of Harrods and close to Harvey Nichols. Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace are within walking distance. Knightsbridge metro station is one minute walk away. Apartment is a nice size with seating area, kitchen and dining area. The cleaning staff check you in. They were very friendly. Note that this is an apartment only so no Food & Beverage facilities on the premises. Gran Cafe across the street does a nice breakfast. There are also several small grocery stores on Brompton Road.
We were given a basement apartment, which I didn't mind too much but my husband is a bit claustrofobic (they should tell you at the time of booking in order to manage expectations). So be aware, number 1 & 2 are basement apartments. The pull-out sleeping couch is of terrible quality. You could feel the iron springs through the mattrass. There is no dishwasher in the unit. The WiFi signal in the basement is very bad (they really need to install a repeater for an acceptable signal).
The apartment is clean and comfortable, location is good close to harrods
There is no reception, and no security
Great location, the apartments are located only 3 minutes away from Knightsbridge tube station; direct line from Heathrow; it was cleaned every day and it's very convenient if you want to shop at Harrods.
The studio apartment is in the basement which means that you have very little light and almost no privacy, we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. It was the only drawback.
