Easy to find Large room with comfortable furnishings Very helpful owner - i was travelling by myself with a 20mth old - more than happy to let me use the dining room after my son was put to bed, and gave me a wine glass instead of having to drink my wine from a mug!

May be standard for basingstoke but i think the price was a bit steep (also as breakfast - although we didnt have it, wasnt included)

having a bus stop very close to go into town

    In pleasant residential area.

No evening meal served, although the Indian restaurant nearby is very good. The curtains let through a lot of light, so an east facing room in late May is quite bright from about 5.00 am.

    Relatively new.

You could tell that they are still learning how to run the business.

A good bed and breakfast, with all the facilities you would expect.Easy parking and a convenient location.

I found nothing to fault my visit.
