Location and good parking. Good decor and clean. Tea bags and coffee provided thank you.
Front door key tricky to use. The towel holder in the bathroom dropped off. The cold tap drips water onto the floor when turned down/low flow. Remote didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable due to old sagging mattress it felt a bit like a safari bed. TV in bedroom didn't work properly. Sorry.
We liked the close proximity to the main district everything was in walking distance
We didn't like the bags of wet laundry outside our door it was there every day and also the bags of garbage just outside the main front door that you had to maneuver around. The cleaner also had to access linen for the other apartments through our apartment. There was also a lot of maintenance required, the taps dripping, toilet seats loose and toilet roll holders hanging off the walls.
We loved the generous size of the rooms, the well equipped kitchen, the lounge/ dining area. The member of staff who dealt with us (Louise) was wonderfully friendly and helpful . All in all a pleasant stay.
There was only one bathroom. We were all rushing to get ready, and had to wait .
Perfect location, lovely appartment, beautiful town.
Close to the centre, Good parking
Bed too hard, sorry to say noisy flat above singing from 1.00 to 5.00 in the morning
Very quiet at night Easy to access the centre of Bath Handy to have kitchen and living area
The shower did not work
Louise the owner was really welcoming and helpful. The apartment was next to the river and really quiet. The big Georgian windows let plenty of light in. The decor was fantastic, and we had everything we needed.
Great location :) had a great few day will definitely go back :))
Overall very disappointed with the apartment, nothing like the pictures on the site, now looking very shabby and dated and in desperate need of decoration. Very nearly left the day we arrived. Won't be back.
Cleanliness Decor Lay out Location - 5 mins from city centre
A little run down in places - bathroom skylight, some of the decor, filled in cracks on some doorsk
Location Kitchen facilities TVs Helpfulness of staff Size of lounge area
Quality of soft furnishings - sofa, cushions etc.. / furniture Size of bedroom Cleanliness Building exterior Noise of renovations next door at 8am
The lady was very friendly and helpful
It was dusty The switch for the bathroom was a piece of string I think No light bulb in one of the lamps in the bathroom The wardrobe where the spare linen was for the sofa bed which is an extra £20 was dusty to. Had to leave the pram downstairs in the communal area
Spaceous appt. Great for 4 adults. Walking distance to town centre. Sainsburuy store nearby. Very convenient.
Appt was dusty. Only one pot was suitable for cooking. All other nonstick pans were badly scratched and unusable. Toaster worked on one side only. No luggage racks. Clumsy check in. When driving it is not possible to give an exact arrival time. No key box number was given,so lucky the cleaning lady was there to let us in. Not workable for o/seas travellers who don't have a phone.
I liked everything in this apartment, we had a fabulous stay, unfortunately only one night spent there but hopefully will be back. Thank you.
The apartment was airy and bright. Had everything we needed, stylish, clean, comfy, would go back.
There was no clock.
The attention to detail that the host provided was outstanding and made our stay much more pleasurable. Great directions, easy to contact & a great location!
A stone's throw from one of the best coffee shops in the country and an excellent microbrewery/smokehouse, let alone the better known attractions of Bath, this apartment is full of character and a great base from which to explore the city. The owner is helpful and quick to deal with any questions and problems; book with confidence!
Location good 5 min walk to City. Self contained apartment so good for self catering. Average price for 2 people not luxurious but tastefully decorated and airy. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Only small complaint re shower which didn't work too well but only a v minor thing.
The owner was very kind
I didn`t like the dark street and that it`s an apartment with a key, we didn`t feel secure. There`s a boiler in the kids room and I don`t feel confortable with it, could be gas leaks. There were flys and my husband spend an hour catching them.
Well equipped, comfortable, even luxuriant. The garden was especially lovely and we had good weather, so a family meal on the lawns. Having a huge Sainsburys across the road (but hidden from view) was ideal. Sun loungers were put to good use the next morning. It was the perfect stay.
Decor was OTT but that's just me
The apartment is quite spacious and has a lovely garden. It is in a super location being across the road from Sainsburys and is a 10 minute walk to the Abbey and the Roman Baths if you walk through the Sainsburys car park and market and through Kingsmead Square. We were very comfortable staying in this apartment.
The extractor fan in the bathroom was quite noisy.
good size modern apartment. good facilities. close to centre and supermarket across the road. very quiet area. would recommend. will definitely stay again
could be slightly cheaper
Matress needs replaced.
The staff were very friendly when booking and promptly met us at the property when we arrived.
although quite central, it was further away from the center than we wanted. It appeared smaller than in the photographs and I feel that it was expensive for what we got.
