Location was very close to city and opposite Sainsbury for any essential purchases. Despite being apartments there was no noise from other groups like banging floors/ doors. Parking was tight but to be expected in a city

Proximity to Bath City Run down student let area. Few residents car parking places. Very dark dreary sitting room with massive black fireplace and dark, old uncomfortable furniture. Not enough hot water for a bath. Poor lighting in sitting room, unable to read. From main basement bedroom looked out to dirty wall and discarded settee. Kitchen badly set out and not user friendly. Poor quality crockery. Steep steps to basement bedrooms which could be difficult for elderly.

Pleanty of space with a split level appartment. Easy access to Bath city centre only a 10 minute walk. Excellent value compared with the cost of hotels of the same standard. Staff very good.

Great location, lively small walk into Bath town and next to a supermarket. Apartment was suitable for our needs. Some of the facilities needed tidying up - the bathroom in particular was poorly finished. Nothing a days work wouldn't fix.

We loved everything about this place. Close to everything. Shopping centre right accross the road. Quiet. Very comfortable. Loved it, Loved Bath. Nothing Really. Was a little hard to find as there was no name on the building. But found it when we parked in the shopping centre and looked accross the road at the door that was on my map that I had printed out before we left home.

Supermarket across the road which was handy. The apartment was a total disapppointment. The website made it look like it was a modern, quite luxurious apartment. In actual fact it looked like student digs! The decor was in need of freshening up. The kitchen was tired, doors skewiff and fridge shelf broken. There were two bed settees squashed into the lounge with no coffee table!! It made the apartment feel like it would be the sort of place 6 drunk people would crash in! The bedroom was awful, our 'kingsize' bed was in fact two singles pushed together so we had a big crack down the middle of the bed! There were no bedside tables or bedside lamps which was totally bizarre and annoying. The wardrobe had a boiler in it and a bit of hanging space. Weirdly the back of the wardrobe was nailed above the bed to look like a headboard!? At £125 a night I feel the best use for this apartment would be for 6 people to use it as somewhere to crash, not as a romantic retreat for a weekend for a couple. I was really disappointed as this was a surprise birthday treat for my partner. I wish I had stayed at a hotel as for the same price we could have had a nicer experience.

Close to city centre, warm and fairly roomy appartments, nice towels and bedding. Extension lead hanging from tv, rickety, wonky leg on sofa, door repaired with filler but not sanded or painted, stained (but clean) tea- towels, temporary bathroom window, sandpaper/filler gun in kitchen cupboard, various cupboards which admittedly were not intended for our use, were full of junk, no curtain on toilet/landing window.

Location was excellent for Bath city centre. Apartment was well appointed with all you needed for your stay. Bed very comfortable, lounge/kitchen area spacious and much preferable to a hotel B&B.

The location was excellent short distance from supermarket and a short walk from the city centre. Clean comfortable property. Found the property was far to hot the heat was cranked up, we had to search for the controls and turning them down didn't do much. Other than this you can't fault it.

The appartment was great perfect for 2 people and 3 min walk from town - bar the one negative listed. We had the boiler in our bedroom which you couldnt turn off. It made a hell of a racket every 10 or so mins = difficult to sleep.
