For the 2 staff that effectively run the hotel - Xavier and Erica - nothing was ever a problem. We arrived late on a Friday evening and they were kind enough to make us supper - which the hotel does not offer - which was delicious and SO appreciated. They also willingly helped organise all our social calender in Bath. This was in addition to the outstanding room; wonderful breakfasts; beautiful gardens and view of Bath; and all round excellent quality of service. Not being able to stay longer.

Attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful garden with an attractive panoramic view of Bath city. The room and bathroom were very well presented and comfortable even though they were not the most expensive choice. Superb tea and coffee making facilities in the room although we did not have time to use them. The coffee provided on our arrival was particularly appreciated. A minor issue was that parking is on the street in a restricted area although a free pass was provided by the hotel once we booked in after 2pm.

Very attentive staff who ensure you are well looked after. Breakfast was delightful and the view from the lovely table for two in front of the window in the drawing room was beautiful! Bedroom was comfortable and laid out in a pleasant manner, although we did have to play around with the dvd player for some time before we got it to work. All in all a lovely trip with some pleasant features. The hotel is situated on a hill, not so good when you arrive in heels :) walking down into town is far easier than the walk back for sure! My partner was a little unsure about the four poster room being situated just off the drawing room, it seemed a little strange to be walking through with your drinks/bags etc whilst others were relaxing reading a book. All in all the room was lovely.

The management couple were excellent and the staff superb. Our bedroom was wonderful- up the top of the stairs but worth the effort. The location to Bath is perfect. You get great views over the city and near countryside yet it is a pleasant walk downhill to the tourist attractions. Nothing - its a great spot.

Location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were also excellent. Lack of secure car parking. We had to park in the street using parking permits issued by the owners. The web-site is also misleading as the site appears to be a detatched property of substance. In reality it is a couple of older terraced properties with superb gardens. The stairs were a little difficult to climb and descend. (Two flights)

We stayed in four hotels during our visit to the UK, and the Paradis was the best by far. We greatly enjoyed the staff and location. The walk back up the hill from the town is a bit strenuous for old folks.

The Paradise House is a hidden gem just a few minutes walk from the centre of Bath. The accommodation is fantastic, the staff are all very warm and friendly. The welcome is very informative and the food is outstanding. There was nothing about the place I didn't like.

The breakfast was excellent, the bed was super comfy, the shower was very good & lovely Molten Brown products. Only took 10 minutes to walk into town. First impression in room was that the view from rear window was disappointing could only see roof top & this was a superior room. The room was boiling hot that we had to leave windows open all night (also turned 2 of the 3 radiators off). Unfortunately there was someone's else's hair left on bathroom floor definetly not mine as wrong colour. Room very noisey could hear people upstairs snoring & walking about all night got about 2 hrs sleep. Thought I would make a much needed cup of Tea in morning only to discover plug/lead for kettle did not reach plug socket had to drag table to plug socket also then had problem for hair dryer no mirror near a plug socket.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast in bed was a real treat and much better than your average continental breakfast in room. Fantastic room leading onto the beautiful garden. Very comfortable. Its not really a dislike but from the picture on the website I thought I had booked a hotel standing in its own grounds away from anywhere else. But we were more than pleased with the hotel and would definitely go again.

Great sincere service from David. Great check in experience. And generous English breakfast was served up in my room in trays upon request - no extra charge! Dvd player in room. Beautifully appointed room - hotel also has a nice garden with great views of the Crescent beyond. 15 mins walk to the city centre and the Roman Baths and Abbey as well as all the pubs and restaurants you could want. Great quality toiletries (Moulton Brown) and room is a decent size. Toilet is not large but contemporary and well maintained. Complimentary parking. None.

The hotel felt like a grand country house but was only 10 minutes from the city center. The staff gave advice as to where to visit and eat. The room I stayed in was lovely with a comfortable bed, quaint furnishings, good shower and a view of the garden, Bath city and the Royal Crescent.

The breakfast, relaxed atmosphere, tea/coffee facilities with fresh milk, endorsement of molten brown products in room, gardens, location in town, style of room and bathroom, towels and bedding, friendly and helpful staff. Room we stayed in started to look a bit tired with dirty marks on walls, needed a lick of paint to freshen up. Very dirty towel in downstairs communal toilet on arrival.

The Bath Paradise House amazing. The house itself is incredibly beautiful, with amazing views over the city and wonderful gardens. The rooms are fantastic, with everything you could require. The staff were amazingly helpful, spending time to go through maps of the city, recommending places to go and to eat. Our stay was amazing. We can't wait to come back and stay again! Absolutely nothing
