We would like to thank the entire staff for their professionalism, kindness and joyful smile with which they treat the guests! The location is excellent, breakfast was fantastic, the room was very nice and comfortable with everything we might have needed. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
It would be perfect if you would serve dinner too.
Warm comfortable well located hotel. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast lovely good selection . I recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Nice big room and bathroom Big comfy bed Staff couldn't do enough for us
Fantastic service and quality
It was a very relaxing break from start to finish. You felt very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely view. The breakfast was excellent and all staff friendly and helpful.
Location, size of the room, staff, breakfast, view...
Lovely warm welcome, beautiful room & excellent breakfast
Firstly the very warm and friendly welcome. Then being taken into the drawing room to give information about the guest house, the area and to be offered complimentary tea, coffee or mulled wine, what a lovely welcome! I would also have to say the English breakfast is the best we've ever had.
That I couldn't use either mirror in the bedroom, as one was higher than average on the wall and I'm rather short! The full length mirror was in the wardrobe but the door doesn't open that much due to the bed so close! It was awkward on drying and styling hair.
Ideal location to walk into Bath, very pleasant and welcoming staff. Spacious bedroom with lovely bed linen and a superb breakfast. Highly recommended.
1. the management team - very friendly and welcoming 2. Benjamin and partner 3. excellent breakfast especially so the scrambled egg which is the best iv ever had
1. no off road parking 2. room a little too small 3. lights didn't work in sitting area in room 4. really surprised dinner not served
A very friendly place to stay, excellent staff, comfortable bed and a superb breakfast.
Everything - will be back!
This is our second visit to Bath, and our fist stay at Bath Paradise House. Overall it's a great experience. The staff is really nice and helpful, we came at late night and he helps us carry luggage, and showing us different possible dining place in town. The room is fantastic, We booked the four porters room and another king suite and ground floor. The decoration, and the comfortness never let us down. I love the view of the backyard and the town as well. Besides that, the breakfast is fantastic and healthy. Love so much. Difinitely come back again. Great great place never disappointing you.
Beautiful building, all comforts met, friendly welcoming staff, great attention to detail, real value for money.
The approach to the B&B does not do the 17th century Manor justice.
Perfect gem of a place, lovely staff, would definitely retirn
Nothing at all!
Wonderful location, very very friendly staff, Room was so comfortable, and had everything you need, for a lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious, can't rate our stay highly enough !!!!
Loved the house, tea in the drawing room with delicious chocolate fudge brownies and lovely fire, great room with excellent views over the town, attentative staff, couldn't have been better. Many thanks for making our stay lovely wished we had been there for longer than one night. Would definitely book again.
A warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Nice room in a period property with a very nice garden
Very welcoming, nothing had been over looked to ensure your every comfort for a fabulous break.
There was nothing to dislike!
Attractive and pleasant in a good quiet location within 10min walk of centre. Clean with excellent breakfast.
Only one type of bed pillow provided which was a little hard for our liking. Some noise from the boiler which was located within the suite. Although fine for us, the walk from centre involves a steep hill that may not suit the less fit person.
The staf, and service was exellent, the bedroom was a good size and the bed itself was extremely comfortable.
There was only one piece that we were not expecting, we only stayed one night but the "parking" is a residential pass and then find a space around the hotel but as we were only one night we needed to give the voucher back by lunchtime. The Park+Ride was not far away but this was a bit of a surprise.
So close too walk into town. Also the Bear pub at the top of road worth checking out very good food and close to hotel .
Nothing. If anything toilet spray
Location and beautiful grounds
Central heating boiler noise in bedroom throughout night. Poor communication by staff over early breakfast and no really apology.
