Great location very close to the town and all facilities. The staff are very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Although we only stayed one night I was impressed and could immagine a few more days would be very relaxing and a prefect get away from the busy world. Defiantly a little hidden gem.
Everything was fantastic....
Couldn't find one fault...
Friendliness of the staff Location Cleanliness Bedroom was beautiful Very comfy bed
The staff could not have been better, and looked after our every need. Breakfast was a delight. Would recommend the hotel highly. Room 5 has a superb view over Bath.
Fabulous stay! Breakfast in bed a lovely touch - very tasty, filling breakfast.
Our stay at Bath paradise House was excellent. From the minute we got there with Mike's explanations and advice on the city until the last moment. Perfect guest, nice location, beautiful gardens, amazing breakfast... Couldnt have asked anything better!
Over priced for a B &B. Poor and limited on street parking

The gardens The friendliness of the staff The room The décor The breakfast Everything, there is nothing to dislike.

Clean and tidy Lovely decor Pleasant homely staff Nice breakfast Lovely gardens Bathroom fitted out very well Great sleep in a comfortable bed
Walk up the big slope Roadworks hindered locating B&B Keyhole into room eroded away TV Signal poor on some channels
Great place to stay. Wish we had longer.
lovely place to stay with very friendly, unobtrusive service. Nothing seemed too much for our hosts.
nothing to be honest.
A genuinely pleasant, kind and generous welcome; as others have mentioned a first class breakfast and night's sleep. Michael and Rachel fully deserve the 5 Star rating.
That is was a B&B and one cannot have dinner there
Great view from high point of Bath city; lovely garden; delicious breakfast; warm welcome from staffs.... a great night... it was a pity that I couldn't have spent more time there.
The bed is really high... lol... my Mom is kind of too short to rest easily on the bed lol.. that's not a big problem.. lol.. a great experience anyway
Amazing staff, superb breakfast, great views over the valley. not many off street parking spaces but there was always a permit available. My only wish would be to have had a small fridge within the room. We will hopefully stay again
Everything! The views were stunning from the garden and the room we had was beyond expectations.
There's nothing not to like. Great welcome. Lovely period house and gardens. Beautiful room and so tastefully decorated. Great bathroom facilities and a fantastic breakfast menu served by the most friendly and helpful staff
Everything, from the minute we arrived we were made to feel special. Can't wait to go again such a wonderful place to stay and the breakfasts are superb. Booked this fir my partner's 50th birthday treat and he wasn't disappointed.
Superb hotel, absolutely loved it! I got ready for my wedding there with my parents and in laws and the staff and owners were just wonderful - so kind and helpful. My new hubby and I stayed on a further day and had an equally great stay. The hotel is just stunning and I highly recommend - best hotel in bath by far.
The view from the room and the gardens. Great location.
Carrying luggage upstairs
The location, rooms, facilities staff, owners, garden, views, food and ambience were excellent. This is by far the best hotel in Bath. It punches so far above its weight that you will be knocked out by its quality.
There is nothing negative to say about this hotel.
Location a convenient walk down hill into city center. Room, bath, dining areas, hallways were fresh, immaculate, beautifully appointed with up to date design, art and furniture. Gardens and view of City quite remarkable. Service was extremely warm and gracious. Breakfast Excellent. We look forward to another visit.
We were sorry we had to leave! The only detail that might concern a traveler might be the hill leading down into the city and up on the return trip. Bath is a city of ups and downs, so I don't think you can avoid this. Anyone with joint problems, just needs to be aware of the hill climb.
