The breakfast was fantastic!! Well were to start!! The double bed was falling apart and was on a slant, the hotel is in bad need of a litlle decorating, wanted to use the shower except as my wife pointed out to me in the hotel room instruction book I couldn't use the shower incase I put water on the floor and it leaked Down to the room below I would be charged for damages as stated in their booklet, not sure what the hotel rating was but I would only be looking at a one star.

Bath House Hotel is a very tired Hotel, we booked the suite!! Not what we expected at all, we paid 120 for one night and expected luxury we were very dissappointed the whole hotel needs an update to bring people in. My husband spoke to another guest and he was looking for a hotel for 80 wedding guests for next year and he said he would not stay at the Bath House as he too was not impressed!! Only good thing was the comfy pillows!!

Hotel clean and very close to my working site. Personnel very nice. Old style building therefore windows were old and not well isolated (very cold in the room while heating was working). Big bath available but not possible to take a shower. No dinner possible if you don't book it before 5pm.

The room and dining room very pleasant and clean.Location very convenient for our purpose. The outside both front and back could certainly do with a fair bit of general maintenance. The front entrance, back entrance, lounge and reception had the tired look.

The staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful and informative. The rooms were comfortable with the ensuite bath and shower and ample supplies of tea and coffee available and rooms were serviced daily. The Breakfasts were also outstanding and the highest quality I have experienced for a long time. From the outside the hotel looks like its work in progress- but once inside than you know you are in a quality venue that is currently being modernised externally I wish that they had Internet in every room but again work in progress

The room was too small for the price and the four-poster bed just silly in such a tiny room. It might give the impression that the room is bigger/better on paper but this is misleading because in truth there's no room for a four poster bed.The staff were great though, as was the location.

Decent budget option. Looks a bit tired from the outside but it has a nice bar, decent breakfast and clean/comfortable rooms + the owner & staff were all very nice and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was poor.

The location. Considering that the hotel was almost £100.00 per night, I thought it was very expensive for what you actually received.

Very close to the Tunnel Beaches. There was a shower but residents were forbidden to use it because it has no shower curtain. This in my opinion should have been highlighted on the website. I prefer a shower to a bath.

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay, was relaxing break there. Perfect position where the hotel is. Near to the harbour etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was no shower just a bath. Which we didn't mind for one night but if we had been there longer probably would of minded. The hotel could do wiv a bit of a make over just looks bit tired. But apart from that it has a nice warm feel to it. And the breakfast was lovely. Over all enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
