The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Towels were larger than in most hotels. Plenty of tea/coffee/sugar available in room (more than in most hotels) Lights in the bedroom could be better. Thicker curtains needed at the window. The biggest draw back was no shower. Would have found that to be a big inconvenience had we been staying longer. |

Really enjoyed our weekend at the hotel, spotlessly clean, staff were great,room, service and breakfast good, lift worked which being disabled was good for me., Sauna, gym etc also all good and jacuzzi . . If anything would like better lighting in the bedroom which even with side and full light on was dark. And maybe a bench or patio outside to sit where smoking area is, as for me after walking from harbour needed to sit a while before going in due to disability |

My daughter was ill at 10.00pm on the night and i was unable to get out.The fire exit door had a sign saying do not use.The manger also saw a car reverse into another car and was heard saying no one will know you hit the car |

Although the staff were very helpful, the hotel itself was a little shabby and in need of a renovation! Although advertised as such, no evening meal was available. Our "Superior Room" was not particularly superior (however I had not seen the standard rooms) and very small. The bedding/towels were fresh & clean, however the same could not be said of the room itself. |

That it was central to everything and the staff were very friendly. Yes the windows in our room rattled all night with the wind as they were old sash windows and had huge gaps underneath so it was drafty in the room! Also the bath was a little dirty but i think that was dust from the windows!!! |
