The spa It was fine, just very impersonal and in no way worth the amount of money that we paid, even though it represented a good reduction from the normal prices. It just isn't special enough to merit charging the huge room rates that it does. |

We wanted a weekend break to visit Bath but also to enjoy some indulgent pampering and the facilities at the Bath Spa certainly allowed us to achieve that. We enjoyed the weekend immensely. |

The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable.... If only other hotels were as good as this. |

Great comfort, generally professional staff, excellent spa Terrible service at breakfast, room smelt of smoking but staff quick to move us, asked for a third bed in one room, wasn't there when we arrived |

Well appointed, well staffed, good facilities, convenient for the city.Large rooms. Double bed was quite small. The room was over the laundry so very noisy all night. This was very disturbing. In addition the coffee lounge was out of use in the morning so coffee was not available in a comfortable location. |

The setting, Room was not clean, the reservation was lost although I had a written onfirmation from the hotel and we were put in separate rooms with my children in the first night (!!), the breakfast was very poor |

The Spa and Leisure facilities are excellent. The hotel does not cater for guests with disabilities. I had already stated that one guest was elderly and disabled and needed bathroom facilities for this and all I was offered for her was a bathmat. Some of the staff did not understand english. One lady at another table actually asked to speak to a member of staff who could speak and understand english. Staff most unhelpful. |

Thermal Spa and treatments were fantastic although a better relaxation room and toilet facilities near treatment rooms would have been beneficial I felt the restaurant in the hotel was overpriced for the quality of the food. |

An excellent stay. The spa is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel The service in the restaurant could have been a little better, but overall the staff at this hotel go out of their way to please. Truly wonderful. In fact the only thing I could possibly complain about would be the £2 credit card fee (none for debit cards), which seemed a rather pathetic end to the stay given the overall size of the bill. |

The room was very spacious and comfortable and the domestic staff excellent The reception staff were not very "switched on" and the waiting staff were not of the expected standard. Also there was no complementary tea or coffee in the room, which was very odd. The complaint I made about the breakfast was not taken very seriously. |
