The setting, Room was not clean, the reservation was lost although I had a written onfirmation from the hotel and we were put in separate rooms with my children in the first night (!!), the breakfast was very poor |

Thermal Spa and treatments were fantastic although a better relaxation room and toilet facilities near treatment rooms would have been beneficial I felt the restaurant in the hotel was overpriced for the quality of the food. |

An excellent stay. The spa is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel The service in the restaurant could have been a little better, but overall the staff at this hotel go out of their way to please. Truly wonderful. In fact the only thing I could possibly complain about would be the £2 credit card fee (none for debit cards), which seemed a rather pathetic end to the stay given the overall size of the bill. |

The hotel has nice grounds and is located a short walk from the town. The staff were pleasant and it has a relaxing bar. This hotel's rooms are a bit tired for it's 5* rating. It was also not possible to eat in the spa necessitating getting dressed to go into the hotel lounge to eat which was inconvenient. |
