La situation pour visiter Bath est très bonne (descente à pied en ville par les jardins).Le Spa est bien mais j'ai été choquée de constater que les Anglais n'utilisent pas de serviette dans les saunas. J'avais précisé lors de la réservation que je voulais soit un lit de 1m80 soit 2 lits et nous avons eu un petit lit sans possibilité de changer. La chambre était en rez de jardin et très très sombre. Le personnel n'était pas très aimable dans l'ensemble. |

- magnifique parc, proximité de la ville, parking, belle architecture (Salons, salle à manger, réception), piscine, peignoirs, bon équipement, breakfast de bonne qualité... ...mais uniquement froid (au prix de 15 livres!) et avec attente+; problème récurrent avec booking com: le troisième lit dans chambre d'enfants faisait défaut: mauvaise volonté de l'établissement ou mauvaise communication de booking com? Avons dû prendre et payer 3ième chambre (à tarif 50%) pour une nuit. |

la belle situation dans le parc et la gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel le bruit de la pompe du sauna située non loin de notre chambre (n°504) lorsque la fenêtre était ouverte. |

The Spa was lovely, the staff did upgrade me apparently due to a short delay with checking in. The room was perfectly nice as well. I enjoyed my stay, however, there were quite a few little issues that made things not as easy. The reception never seemed to answer the phone, Room service food was good, but nothing extremely fancy. I can't deny I didn't enjoy my stay, but if work hadn't been paying, I might have been more disgruntled! |

The staff were very attentive at all times and the quality of facilities offered were of the highest standard I was unable to get a table in the restaurant despite the fact that it appeared hat the numbers booked were nowhere near capacity |

The rooms and the spa was good. Marking of the road to the hotel were poor and wrong. The map of the bath was a bad black and white version. The attitude of the staff had more focus on money than on the service. The service I need is better in hotels with fewer stars |

The room was fantastic with an extremely comfortable bed! Very good facilities and excellant location only a short downhill walk into the city itself. Staff were very helpful and attentive. |

The good standard of rooms, facilities and proximity to city centre. The spa was particularly good It was a bit expensive to get a room with breakfast so not somewhere we will stay very often. |

Liked the spa, pool and outside pool very much. Beauty treatments good. First class food. Rooms of high standard, comfortable. Nice surroundings, helpful friendly staff. Very peaceful. Excellent for relaxing. We were very late getting our room keys. Lengthy queues at hotel reception which was understaffed given the number of guests. Wrong luggage taken to our rooms. No booking offers, so expensive considering breakfast not included. Small point: no chocolates in our room but in room of fellow guests. |

loved the pool and the outside pool thought the service in the spa area could have been friendlier. I had not stayed there before and did not feel the person on reception was very helpful. The person who booked us in to the hotel was lovely - much more the level of service i would expect |
