Bauhaus Hotel

The Shower is fantastic room fine for solo traveller also liked the large tv. Bed very comfortable and desk allowed me to work. Free wifi a big plus and is one of the reasons apart from the fabulous shower that I always try and stay at this hotel when in Aberdeen.

No windows in my room only sky light although this didn't bother me think it might do other people

The inside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, the check in was great and the man at the desk was very helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy too! :)

We did actually book for the 'bigger' room, but we got the normal size instead.

Good central location. Clean spacious room. Good freshly cooked breakfast.

No car parking. ( there is parking nearby but it's expensive. ) Reception was at the bar.

Top floor rooms to the street are great; same category to the backside have only small windows and risk of aircon noise; staff was extremely helpful

I had to wait 45 minutes from ordering to be served breakfast!!!!!

Loved the rooms style and size. Very nice to have fresh cooked breakfast too.

TV was positioned in strange position if you wanted to watch in bed. Also shower didnt work very well (Fitzerald suite) Maybe a bit dark if you wanted to do some paperwork like I did. But minor details as im sure shower will get fixed.

The staff were friendly and helpful and most efficient. The room was functional and I particularly liked the shower.

It was not possible to control the room temperature. The location meant that noise from late night revellers disturbed sleep - take ear plugs.

Location to train station and city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff who were proud of their hotel and wanting to ensure we had a good stay. Staff open to criticism.

We thought breakfast couldhave been better. I like fruit with breakfast and this was very limited.

1) Very expensive - absolutely not worth the money. They charged £20 for late checkout after charging a fortune for the room 2) No parking provided by the hotel 3) View from the room was non-existant and people from work place opposite could see into our room 4) Extremely noisy - we were unable to sleep

At no point was I informed the room I booked was for a disabled person as I found the bathroom facilities very poor for an baled bodied person. Having reported this I was given no explanation and no effort to provide me with a suitable room. I found this doubly alarming considering I was booked for 2 nights at £150 per night......very poor indeed.

The room was very basic with only one mirror which was in the bathroom, a clothes rail and no wardrobe, the mini fridge was on the floor by the door and t6here was no where you could use the hairdryer and see in the mirror. Not what I expected given the positive reviews.
