Lovely location including extensive view of Mill pond from bedroom window. No need to bring car, excellent bus service with stops very near property. Deborah is an excellent host who offers local information and suggestions for trips around the island. We spent a very relaxing week at Ivy Hall and hope to return soon.

The holiday village in Wootton Bridge was very pleasant, the road leading to it (New Road) is very bumpy and has suffered a lot of subsidence, sports car drivers beware! The two main pubs in the village are OK not the greatest food, the Fishbourne Inn 10 minutes drive is highly recommended. Wootton Bridge is well located for travel in any direction so a good base, 20 minutes your on the beach!

We have long time friends who now live on the island, they visited us were were pleasantly surprised how nice the B&B was. We spent all our time with our friends and found how easy Wootton Bridge was to get to. We found that the bathroom facilities were exceptionally good.

The lodge was spacious clean and comfortable.
The lodge was spacious clean and comfortable.
The site had closed all facilities including shop, restaurant and reception for arrivals. Full cost still charged...if this had been made clear on booking, I would have booked elsewhere.
Respect changes needed for Covid19 but this was extreme and cost was high for lodge with no facilities

The location of the lodges, just a short walk to the beach is idyllic. The site is very well laid out and there was plenty of wildlife to see. Food in the bistro was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Wootton Bridge is a small community but has good local services and is well placed for those wishing to tour around the Isle of Wight.
It is on the coastal path for those who enjoy walking and well served by buses to Newport and Ryde.
It is just five minutes by car from the Fishbourne ferry terminus, has a pub that serves good value meals (many haute cuisine restaurants are just a short drive away) and a justly popular fish and chip shop.

Wootton Bridge is a nice quiet village and is easy to get around. We had a mobility scooter and it was very easy to get to places. Wootton Creek is lovely.
The Sloop Inn is great - an all day carvery which was very close to our accommodation.
From the lovely welcome to the friendly goodbye, I had such a lovely stay. The location is excellent, with everything you could need close by. The room was charming and spotlessly clean with a very welcoming selection of tea and coffee with biscuits and a lovely spacious bathroom with an excellent high powered shower. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the home made jam. I can't say enough good things about this lovely place and will recommend it to any friends or family visiting the Isle of Wight.
Everything about this property is the personal touch of the owner/host. Julie and Mark are just the best. They took care of smallest details possible. You cannot ask for more from anyone.
We had a small issue and Julie was sweet enough to go extra mile just to keep us happy.
I will come to this property only, when I visit next to isle of wight. This is my permanent 1st choice for isle of wight.
Our stay at Ivy Hall was fabulous. Debra is a wonderful host and really took care of us. The breakfast was excellent. Good choice and beautifully cooked. We were visiting a friend of ours who lives on the island so location for us was perfect. We will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with a heart. Thankyou xx
Compact town house style accommodation, quiet location in a small holiday village. Good amenities and well equipped with everything you'll need. Small but very nice decking area with a BBQ perfect for evenings in. 15 minutes walk to the North coastline with a sand & pebble beach, good for an evening stroll with the dog and a couple of pubs also within 15 minutes.
The whole atmosphere created by Deborah is relaxed and friendly and I genuinely felt like I was staying with an old friend. The location is very convenient for roads, busses and pubs/restaurants. The double glazing keeps any road noise out. The wi-fi is quick and robust.
Trust me the feeling is so comfortable and welcoming like you’re visiting your grandparents. Honestly such a warm and cozy place to stay at while you explore Isle of Wight!
