If you want somewhere that is extremely comfartable, spotlessly clean and where you recive the warmest of welcomes this is the place to stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was superb.

Everything was perfect and was made to feel very welcome. Will definitely visit again when next in the uk

We liked the two guys running the place they were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and comfortable. We liked the breakfasts no fuss or waiting and the place is in a good central position.

Very friendly welcome. Excellent breakfast. Nice touches in the room - biscuits, toiletries Good system for parking - can be a nightmare in Eastbourne but we were given a parking pass which saved all the hassle.

I loved Kris and Duncan's hospitality,they made you feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for you. I said to my partner that I'd like a Kris and Duncan in my life! The breakfasts were lovely and they catered for me being on a diet. The room was immaculate when we came back in the afternoon and was told "it's all part of the service"! The position is great,literally 30 seconds from the Pier but you don't get the promenade traffic and so near to all the local shops and restaurants. Would highly reccomend any day. All the best Kris and Duncan,will remember you to Bromley! And thanks for the wine glasses and sending the shirt back.

For a delux room the bathroom is a bit titch but it has everything you need including a wall cabinet for your things. Shame we couldnt stay another day.xxxx

Friendly faces from the moment we knocked at the door. Helped us with parking and carrying bags. Two lovely lads who could not do enough to help us. Short stay booked at very last minute ...after 7pm but everything very organised and efficient

Wonderful stay, the owners where incredibly helpful and made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were very nice and clean and the accommodation was right near the pier.

We liked our comfortable double room at the front of the hotel; the ambience of the house itself; the breakfasts, which were seriously good; but our hosts, Duncan and Kris, made the place. They were charming, efficient and helpful and even listened to our waffling on about our cats without their eyes glazing over!
