Convenient for the event I was attending. Good value for money with plenty of parking even though it was very busy. I would stay here again no problem. I thought the decor was a little shabby, but definately value for money. The function rooms of the hotel was busy and the accomodation area was quite noisy with kids running around, banging doors. This is not really a hotel problem.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is set in lovely location and nice old buildings with character. The room I was in smelled mouldy (16) The linen didn't look pristine, the pillowcases didn't look crisp - it looked like they weren't changed. A bit tired and uncared for with the decor of the room and hallways. Menu - not enough choice unless you like indian food

The entrance Nice staff We were offered a free breakfast for compensation to all the problems We had two rooms - no hot water in both - fuse broken in one, no electricity. Moved to another one it had no heating and no how water - internet did not work - staff was kind but hardly surprised that something as important as heating and hot water were not working

The staff were very pleasant. Although fixtures and fittings are not brand new the room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was very well appointed. All in all a very nice hotel. There was a wedding reception which went on for some time into the night but as this was detailed on the website as a possibility it was not unexpected.

Did not like anything The bed is the most uncomfotable bed ive ever stayed in and I stay in hotels at least twice a week! There was two towles for three of us no bath mat the rooms were really shabby the floor in bathroom has cracks going through it when asked staff at 6am for more towles and a bathmat we were told we could have one more towel and there wasnt any bathmats and no towel was ever given to us. The place is a shambles and the third night we stayed at Ibis in Beconsfiled for half the price and a more comfortable bed with towels and staff who actually see to your needs an awful experience.

The fact that when you book for 3 adults you get one room with two beds, when they try to explain their selves to make you book an extra room. also it's not a 10 minutes walk from the train station, it took us like 30 minutes. also not 10 minutes drive to the heathrow airport it took us near 35 minutes. bad experience.

Restaurant was ok but if you don’t like Indian food the other choices are not vast. Rooms are very basic but the exterior and the setting does look grand. We only arrived at the hotel at 4pm in the afternoon and left the next morning at 5am for a flight, so not long. The room décor was poor and outdated and very small. The bathroom window I discovered the following morning had no catch so had basically been open all night. We were on the ground floor and when the shower came on the room above it sound like there was a tropical storm in our room. To top it off a chap called Billy knocked on our room door at 1am very drunk looking for the girl he had been buying drinks for all night and who had given him our room number to find her? Not really the hotels fault but still not great!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The bedroom was disappointing, although this was probably because my expectations were too high. It was all fairly basic, but to be fair everything I needed was there and I slept like a log.

Staff were good and moved me rooms without any argument. Very nice exterior Everything else. First room was old, tired, not clean with a small so called double bed with headboard falling off and too big for bed. Second room in new refurb was better but room was tiny, not even big enough to walk round bed. Room was so hot had window open (view of a brick wall) and aircon on all night in march! Very very noisy from other rooms managed about 2 hours sleep. A poor excuse for a hotel. Not worth £30 let alone £60, be warned

Nothing Alarm the next morning, so I knew it was time to leave I can assure you and my colleague will not be staying here again, plus it will not be recommended to any of our international colleagues Check was poor. Could not use credit card to run a tab. Dirty rooms. Lipstick ion the pillows. Human excrement left in one of the corridors.

The room was clean and tidy. Nice friendly staff. Excellent shower in the bathroom. Hot water in immediately on tap. The outer glass of the double glazed window in the room was smashed and gave cause for concern about security of this ground floor room. Old adverts for Christmas promotions were still in the room. The room was far too hot in the night 24 degrees because the air con switched of on a timer during the night.
