The staff are friendly and efficient and the location good The 4th floor are tiny attic rooms which should not be classified as doubles just because they have squeezed three quarter bed into it. (He cramped conditions are poor and the bed was the most uncomfortable sleeping experience of my life. The quilt was not very clean.

The location is perfect for me personally, which is why I stay there. The rooms are of a reasonable standard and are clean. Price reasonable. The bedroom window was left wide open on arrival which not only a waste of energy but unnecessary. Why do cleaners do that? Don't bother sticking around for breakfast, go to the cafe on Craven Terrace.

The hotel is very near to two main tube stations in zone 2 and close to a shopping street. Quite nice and peaceful place around. A green small garden in front of the hotel. Friendly personnel Breakfast was not that nice: small choice of bread, jams and only one kind of already made tea pot.The sink and bath tube were found obstructed but soon fixed when signaled

Definitely a budget hotel, in excellent location in a very pleasant and central area of London. Helpful and courteous staff, adequate cleaning, good towels, coffee and tea making facilities. Good competitive rates (41 pounds) when I was there. The first room we were shown was on the ground floor, opening to a fire wall, dark even during the day, and smelly. We were then offered a room on the third floor opening to Princes Sq. This room was adequate, but the TV remote was missing and so we were transferred to a third room. All rooms were small, but adequately furnished, with good bathrooms, heating, TV and hair dryer. However, all the mattresses were well beyond their use by date - lumpy, collapsed and hard to sleep on except for the most hardy. Generally, the hotel needs refurbishment, especially new beds. There was a group of spanish high school students, and they were noisy well into the night so sleeping was impossible. Breakfast was minimal - cereals, rolls and jam.

Location. Fine as a place to stay for one night. Too expensive given the facilities. It is more of a hostel than a hotel. What's the point of having a TV that can only receive one or two channels? Cost saving being taken to extremes: paper mugs instead of cups? No wifi access in the room.

Location! Very handy for everything. Good size rooms in comparison to other London hotels in the same area. Decor. Bathroom cleanliness. The hotel could do with an overhaul. Toilet was a bit 'wobbly' and if you looked close enough it wasn't very clean. No TV remote available.

The ease of getting to the hotel from Bayswater station was great as it took a couple of minutes walk. The hotel is exactly like it shows in the photo's, the staff were lovely and the bedroom was much bigger than we expected. The breakfast was great and the facilities offered by the hotel were just what we needed for our weekend city trip. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby and of course the station was very close and on the circle line, so it was very easy to get anywhere we wanted. We had a fabulous weekend which a big part of was down to the hotel.

nothing really relatively the location but still hell alot of walking from main streets the price was offer half normal price staff were not cooperative specially the night ones Liars no car park around, the one around you have to pay 2.4 pounds per hour, or another private car park away from the hotel the rooms bed sheet and furniture may be the same since 1980's (really old and bedsheets were dirty), the room was very cold ,heating were bad I think that is enough however I meant to say that to make them change there service for better especially they have to pay attention to beds and bedsheets if anyone like me want a place for just one overnight sleep in central london and get this room in an offer half it's normal price then that's okey otherwise you need to check the hotel yourself first... good luck

Convenient location, quiet area, comparatively close to a tube station. Clean room and bathroom. Nice pubs around. Some members of the staff weren't very helpful. The heating is centrally regulated and at times the radiators were quite cold, especially mornings. Very cold dining room as well. Bad TV quality; after asking several times at the reception to check the problem, there was no reaction in spite of the assurance that this will be done. No coffee shop and no bar. I find the internet too expensive- 2 pounds/hour, and available only in the lobby.

The location was great. Near Hyde Park & convenient for buses & taxis to the shops & main attractions. It was clean & the staff were helpful & friendly, the price was very reasonable, especially for the location & area. The self service breakfast was good & included in the price. A bar & resturant were advertised, which were not open, we chose this hotel for this, as we had our 5 year old Grandson with us, so this was dissappointing, the bar & resturant have not been open for 12 months at least, so the staff told us, but there were very friendly bars & resturants close by.

Nothing. T was a relief to leave after only one night. Claustrophobic, cramped, poorly maintained, 20 year old mattresses, threadbare everything. Dangerous tea jug at breakfast risks scalding guests when the screws fall out. Only side plates available for breakfast. Off-white tea.
