we liked that it was in a very easy location to get to from the underground station with plenty of close shops near by. the room was comfortable and tidy. the service and facilities were good. |

Cleanliness OK; no excessive dust, no mold. Having a basement room with an outdated bathroom suite. Airflow only possible by opening street window = more street noise, especially from arriving (young) guests. Too much noise of slamming doors and Bar above the room. No possibility to order a Cab. We had to get one ourselves at the day (morning) we left. Breakfast very basic, service there OK, cleanliness OK. |

The room offered was very tiny and in the lower floor (single room) having no view and felt like in a dungeon. Unclean pillow covers and no toileteries. |

The hotel is cheap and is located close to Underground station Bathroom was not that good, old equipment, not very clean, difficult to use shower (built-in permanently in the wall, no height adjustment) |

The hotel is in an excellent location. Very close to the underground station and restaurants. One of the people I was staying with has a gluten allergy. The staff did nothing to help and refused to give her something for breakfast. The continental breakfast supplied is only stale bread rolls and jam. |

clean room, comfortable bed... for the price paid it was worth it given a room in the basement... right below the reception.... so even at night could hear guests arriving... also, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear the neighbours |

Modest but clean and quiet. Really poor included breakfast (only rolls and jam). However there is a possibility to order full or partly english breakfast; so it's not crucial. |

I liked having a private bathroom, having the comfort of a nice bar, the comfort of having people in the reception.. I feelt it was rather uncomfortable to have the heat in the hall and in the room turned up a bit to much, other than that it was really nice hotel. |

Proxiimity to tube station. The walls are very thin so we heard other guests late at night. 'Breakfast' ,included, consisited of coffee and bread rolls.Mmmm.. |

rust midden in Londen, goed bereikbaar De kwaliteit van het hotel, de kamer en vooral de bedden was in een woord versleten. Daarnaast ligt er direct onder het laken een plastic folie waar de veren van de matras staken hier door heen.Kortom hier ga ik nooit meer heen. |
