The staff are friendly and efficient and the location good The 4th floor are tiny attic rooms which should not be classified as doubles just because they have squeezed three quarter bed into it. (He cramped conditions are poor and the bed was the most uncomfortable sleeping experience of my life. The quilt was not very clean.

The location When I checked in the first room I got was extremely grotty and I asked to be moved as it was beside a lift. The room I moved to was recently modernised and was a good 2 stars above the first one.

Tv didn't work in the room because they had not updated to digital- and there didn't seem to be urgency to do so!!! There was a permanent smell in the room of dirty drainage which cleared eventually once the windows were left open for a while. The decor is dated and shabby

It was a good price and location for my conference event and the good choice of continental breakfast The room was too hot with no way of turning radiator off and the light switch was filthy and the taps grubby.. Having said that the rest of the room was good..

We managed to get the room around $USD80, which makes it cheap by London's exorbitant hotel prices. For that pirce, it was ok and acceptable standard for a hotel I would rate as 1 star. Much like a hostel standard. But I have seen prices double that at other times on booking.com and think that is waaaayyy too much to pay for a hotel of that standard. Location was ok. Anything in that area is always ok. Luggage storage was very convenient and helpful. TV doesnt work. Not just in my room, but all many rooms. There were a few customers at the receprtion complaining at the same time. Breakfast was below average.

Location, was the primary reason and price. Not modern, but was clean. Didn't like that there was no Television the week we were there. They were changing from analog to digital, the company that was servicing the hotel had cancelled. It made for boring quiet evenings in the room.

Just the bathtub. The hotel is old and didn't made all the necessary infrastructures to be recycled. The room is very small, the floor is warped, the shower water becomes cold in rush time. In London all channels are digital, by the way all TVs need to be digital too. The hotel has just analogic TVs which don't show any channel. On Sunday the breakfest was a mess. P.S. When I asked the manager about the TV, which wasn't working, the answer was: - You paid for the room, not for the TV. The TV is just a complementary stuff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - the room was clean and tidy - you get what you paqy for and the charge was very reasonable for the area. the only negative i could give was that I had been lead to believe on the website that there was parking available - this is not so - the nearest parking is an underground parking area near the queensway tube and it is expensive.

Very well located, small and quiet hotel for the reasonable amount of money. The staff is helpful. Room service is good. I would recommend the hotel if you don't have high requirements and expectations for your stay. For this price of the stay I can close my eyes on the small shower room and lower selling of the basement (where I got the room), Wi-fi in the lounge which I have to pay for and continental breakfast (I recommend to drink tee in the morning)

The hotel is old and in need of so much repair that it should be condemmed. The matresses are so old that they still have springs in them and boy do they stick into you at night. But wait. They have put a plastic cover over them and it makes you sweat like hell. Now to the tv. Non existant as uk have just gone digital and only certain rooms have new tv,s. We asked to be moved regarding the above problems aans got a room that was the size of a caravan. Oh joy. Breakfast - well go down the road. They cant keep up. Not even a cup for a coffee to be seen. Booking.com take it off your list now. If you do not then be honest with what people can expect. Dissatified

Only location I think that was the worst hotel I ever stayed in London. All furnature was very old and look very dirty. When I went room I was very disappointed the wasn't look clean, the hand wash basin broken and television doesn't work, When I wanted to call reception there was no information about reception number. I called on my mobile number I have been told that the television doesn't work in whole bulding, I asked for wi-fi he said in only available at reception at charge £2.00. In the morning at 9.00 o'clock the housekeeper knocked the door very loudly until I tried to understand what's happing she nearly broke in the room. We went for breakfast and we tought it is not serving, because there was only tea and cereal which was very poor. We didn't have breakfast.Very unhappy and never ever stay in Bayswater Inn again!!!

The good position and the good zone. The staff is kind. Rooms are old and untreated. If you want to use wifi you have to stay in the hall and pay 2 pounds for 1 hour. Breakfast is poor and not so good. Quality/price propotion is not good.

The rooms are dirty. The netting on the windows was filithy, the toilet seat was broken. In the morning you couldnt even get the cutlery to have your breakfast, I asked a couple of times for certain items and they never came, in the end me and my wife shared a bowl and spoon, and had two rounds of cereal. The location to the closest tube was not a far walk, but it was a ridiculous amount of stops into the centre of london.

We booked this on the day of arrival, arrived at 10pm with four children and had to book two rooms. They said they had no booking but rooms were still available. Bedding smelt foisty/sweaty but rooms were fairly clean. Very noisy and clunky pipes all night. I wouldn't stay here again I would stay in a travelodge over this hotel again. Just disappointed as the hotel looked really nice on the Internet the offers on the room prices were great but I now know why. I wouldn't choose to stay here again and I'm glad I only booked one night. If it hadn't been so late at night and my four children being so tired I would probably have gone to another hotel or the travelodge.

I liked the location of the hotel. Staff were very friendly. The room was great, especially for the money. I would stay again. On the advert the page says breakfast is available for £7 but the hotel do not offer this. Is this a web page problem? Hotel were great with dealing with my requests.
