Very friendly hosts fabulous food, wonderful atmosphere

The owner was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent and catered for vegetarian and dairy free. We stayed in the annex and it had tv's and dvd's for the kids which was handy after our drive. There was also a kids playground nearby and it was nice to walk along the nearby beach promenade.

The annex was accessed via an alleyway which was a bit scruffy and in retrospect we may have opted to stay in the main guesthouse, but in fairness it was extremely good value for money.

We had a wonderful time, warm friendly staff, couldn't fault it. We will be back!

It was very quirky and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was superb. It was nice having the animals around gave the place a very homely feel.

The owners and staff that work there are amazing,they couldnt of done more to make us more welcome.

I loved the staff and the decor. It was beautiful and the location was amazing. Far enough away from the main town but close enough to walk.

There wasnt anything in the way of diss pleasing me with the hotel,the rooms,the food and the staff.

This place had easy access to town, restaurants, and the beach by walking or even taxi, but was in a quiet area with a bit of country feel. The host owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very very comfortable and had a warm family home feel.

The fact that we were in the annex where the children were safe, coulkd make noise and we need not be worried. We had cooking facilities and microwave which made life much easier for our btreak. The owner is so friendly and made you feel very welcome. My daughter loved looking at the animals too!

There is nothing we did not like.

The beds were really comfortable and the staff were friendly, loved the doggies.

Shower was hard to keep the temperature constant.

Good hospitality, good food, good customer service. Excellent accommodation.

I visit Lowestoft for visit my daughter who lives in Lowestoft. This Baytree House is on walking distance to her house. So everything suits nice.

Not having a lounge it was a BB but not cheap

A very nice informality,coupled with efficiency,GOOD... Food,staff,decor ,rooms,furniture,and a very warm temperature,on a very,very cold night.

For the cost I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and facilities. And the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. It felt a bit luxurious but ramshackle in a good way. As she wasn't full when I arrived she upgraded me to a bigger room.
