everything about the guesthouse food staff and cleanliness and the home from home feeling
nothing to dislike
Nick greeted us as friends and treated us as individuals throughout our stay. I would recommend this B & B if you like staying in a small family type establishment
Shower did not work (scalded when suddenly heated up but mostly cold), and bed mattress was v poor condition
Close to railway station and town centre. Good transport and regular trains to Exeter. Clean accommodation, nice to have tea and coffee facilities in room. Excellent shower and comfortable room. Very pleasant and helpful owner.
Would have been nice to have some fruit at breakfast, better quality muesli and bio yoghurt. A bit healthier as I am quite diet conscious. The cooked breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Not enough surfaces to put things on in room.
everything the extra touches in the bathroom afresh rose was put in there everyday and the beautiful layout of the breakfast table and not forgetting the breakfast i could go on forever it was just wonderful
Location - it was so close to the beach and also close to the town. Friendly owners/ helpers who really looked after both ourselves & other guests. Able to park. The "little extra touches" provided. Bath as well as a shower was good.
Great breakfast, great room and absolutely fantastic staff! So welcoming and like a home from home.
Nothing, it was all good!
Very well equipped rooms, good breakfast and central location. You'll get a lovely welcome and made to feel at home.
Room was a little small and parking directly outside B + B hard to get but host let you park around the back in front of their garage.
We received a very warm welcome, and the owners were very attentive throughout our stay. It was only 5 minutes from the sea front.
Tracy and Nick made us feel like old friends. They made us reservations at a restaurant, recommended places to go etc. the rooms were really comfortable, clean and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cereals and full English. We shall be returning here again in the future
Friendly owners. Location is good for the seafront and town. Generous breakfast. Decent size room and en suite.
Ease of access to beach and town/restaurants. Friendliness of hosts.
The breakfast, location and owners were fantastic
The double mattress was rather tired and uncomfortable, and could do with replacing, but this would not stop me from returning
Tracy and Nick were amazing hosts, fabulous location. Gorgeous rooms, beautifully furnished throughout and spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast with fresh local produce.
Made to feel very welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Liked eating around table with other guests. Great location.
Ordering breakfast the night before No fruit available at beakfast.
This B & B was well located within easy walking distance to the beach, the marina and to the town of Exmouth. The B & B was well furnished and comfortable.
The room was small and the bathroom was particularly small. However, we may have had the smallest room available as others staying were there for longer than us.
friendly hosts, excellent location.
Far better than we expected, we only needed accommodation for one night but we could not have been made more welcome. Parking could be a problem but arrangements were made to eliminate the stress and we were able to park right out side the front door . Breakfast was most enjoyable and more than ample .
Too short a stay !!
Good breakfasts Spacious bathroom
CLEAN FRIENDLY WELL LOCATED
HOT WATER SYSTEM DIFFICULT
Very friendly owners, couldn't do enough for us. Felt like a home from home. Great breakfast!
If there was one thing I'd change, just some constructive criticism, is the positioning of the kettle over the bedside lamp, it felt very unsafe using water that close to a source of electricity. A nice little table between the 2 bedside ones would have been safer.
Location Friendliness of owners Quality of property Breakfast Cozy and homely
Nothing it was perfect!
The hosts were wonderful, the room was very comfortable, close to everything. Great breakfast.
We liked it all.
Tracy and Nick were very welcoming and helpful. Very good location. Had a lovely stay. Would certainly like to return if in the area again.
Room was a little cramped, but not much they can do about that. Small en-suite shower room, but adequate. Would have liked the towels changed on a daily basis and perhaps a little more care taken with cleaning the rooms.
Central to town, sea front, train station & bus station.
Not good for parking, location not very nice, dated fixtures in en suite, tall boy not long enough for clothes, tea stains on wall
