This beautiful, small, boutique-style bed and breakfast has high-specification rooms that have been individually designed. All rooms at Beaches have private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi access. Each room has its own unique style. Beaches At Newquay is only a 2-minute walk from the world-famous surfing venue at Fistral, with its long sandy beach. Newquay golf course is only a couple of minutes away, while the center of Newquay is just a 15-minute walk. We aren't sure if we really want to share one of Cornwall's best kept secrets! Saying that, Beaches is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Such a warm welcome. A lovely, well designed and comfortable room with every whim catered for. A fab breakfast - would recommend the full Cornish! Our only disappointment was not being able to stay for longer. We will certainly return.

We had a great time at Beaches! Kim and Dave were so welcoming and we were made to feel right at home the minute we arrived. The room was great, very clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. And the breakfast was A.M.A.zing!! Will definitely be returning to Beaches very soon and recommending it to everyone we know. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wow, this is what B&Bs should be like. From start to finish Kim, the owner, treated us like we were old friends, greeting us with warmth, drinks and laughter. Faultless. Comfy rooms. Scrumptious breakfast. We really didn't want to leave!

Beaches is a boutique b&B. It is kept immaculate by it's owners, Kim and Dave. They are fabulous hosts - especially Kim who treated us like old friends upon arrival. It is a rare find when you chance upon somewhere that cannot be faulted. The rooms are super clean with luxury bedding, and uber-soft towels! This is a "just pack some clothes and go" place - everything you need is provided. Breakfast was lovely and nothing is too much trouble. 10/10 for Beaches - it gets everything right! X

We loved the warm welcome from Kim she was amazing from start to finish, her attention to detail was impeccable , our room was amazing, she recommended some wonderful restaurants and genuinely couldn't do enough for us. She had wine and beer ready in the fridge which was fab after a long drive and long walks on the beach!!! Breakfast was amazing and filled us up well past lunch time, you have to have the eggs there the best. The beds were comfy and rooms were quiet and right next to the beach. I really can't give enough praise to this wonderful women who takes the most pride not only in running her business but making it feel like your home from home.. Big thumbs up for this b&b we'll deffinatly be back Ummmmmmmm absolutely nothing we didn't like we lived it!!!!!!

We had a wonderful two night stay at Beaches. I had high expectations having read all the other reviews and we were not disappointed! On arrival we had a cup of tea and a chat with Kim the owner before being shown to our room which was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equiped. On Kims recommendation we ate at Lewinnick Lodge that night, she had booked us a table and it was in a prime spot with a wonderful sea view - the food, service and view were all amazing. Breakfast the next morning was freshly cooked and very filling - you wont need much lunch! That night we ate at 15 which was a real treat and I would throughly recommend - the food and the sunset were both very memorable. Before going out that night we had a drink with Kim who opened a bottle of fizz to celebrate her birthday the day before - which was a really lovely way to start the evening. We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely b&b, Kim is so welcoming and its clear that she takes a huge amount of pride running Beaches and making sure that everyone who walks through the door enjoys their stay. We will definately be back :-)

Very friendly staff, great location - very close to the South West Coast Path and Fistral Beach, easy walk into Newquay itself. Fantastic and plentiful breakfast every day! Great room, well finished, nice bathroom. Would definately stay here again.

Excellent facilities, a brilliant host who made us feel most welcome on arrival and during our stay. The hosts were also fantastic at accommodating my partner's requirements for a room with a bed that can suit his 6'5 height. Nothign was too much trouble and we even got a welcome bottle of beer. Nothing not to like!

As soon as we walked in we had the warmest welcome ever by the owner Kim. She provided us with tea and coffee which is what you need after a long drive, after an hour or so of chatting we were shown to our room which was faultless. In the morning I've never been so full before, but the breakfast was cooked perfectly. This b & b is the best we have ever stayed at! We felt so relax all the time we were there.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort, ein wirklich gutes b+B. Nach der ersten Nacht in einem kleinen Zimmer hat man uns freiwillig angeboten in ein größeres Zimmer (ohne Aufpreis) zu wechseln. Eigenes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, alles in neuwertigem Zustand. Zimmer modern und zweckmäßig, lcd-tv, dvd- Player, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee usw. Im Zimmer. Alles sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet, bis zur Stadtmitte ca. 15 min zu Fuß, zum Strand ca. 5-10 min. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus. Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Die Vermieterin Kim war super-nett, immer gut drauf und fröhlich, familiäre Atmosphäre. Glas Wein zur Begrüßung, alles in allem empfehlenswert. O.K., eigentlich haben wir nichts zu meckern. Wie überall in England sind die Betten etwas klein. Wenn man es von zuhause gewohnt ist, in einem großen Doppelbett mit 2 separaten Matratzen und Decken zu schlafen, dann ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig, in einem schmalen Bett auf einer Matratze unter einer Decke zu schlafen. Aber für ein paar Nächte geht es, deshalb war es kein großes Problem.

Auch wir waren angenehm überrascht von der Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit im Quartier.Trotz schlechter Sprachkenntnisse unsererseits, fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut.Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet,etwas kleiner als in Deutschland üblich,aber bei der tollen Landschaft vor Ort waren wir sowiso mehr unterwegs.Wir können das Beaches At Newquay uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Man beachte ,daß England eine andere Netzspannung hat.Nur im Bad ist eine Steckdose für deutsche Geräte.Es emphielt sich sonst ein Adapter.

Uns hat alles an diesem Hotel gefallen. Das wirklich bisher beste Hotel was wir jemals hatten. Als wir ankamen wurden wir freundlich empfangen und zum Tee in das Kaminzimmer begleitet. Anschließend wurden wir persönlich auf das Zimmer begleitet. Die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich eingerichtet, modern und sauber. Das Bad ist neu und sehr gepflegt. Es mangelt an nichts. Im Zimmer befinden sich überall kleine Accessoires wie Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee. Radiowecker, Q-Tips im Bad, Duschgel, Haarshampoo. Im Flur befanden sich 2 Regale mit DVD's, Büchern und Zeitschriften. Im Zimmer befand sich ein TV mit DVD-Player. Wir haben das DVD-Angebot erfreulich genutzt. Viele DVD's sind zudem zusätzlich mit Deutscher Sprache. Das Frühstück war fabelhaft. Die Hoteldame hat nach persönlicher Rücksprache das gewünschte englische Frühstück in der Küche frisch zubereitet. Extrawünsche waren da willkommen. Ansonsten mangelte es auch beim Frühstück an nichts. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist voll in Ordnung! Es gab keine Punkte die uns nicht gefallen haben.
