Situated less than a minute's walk from Skegness Pier, Beachlands Guest Accommodation features a resident’s TV lounge, a well-stocked bar, and is only 5 minutes’ walk from Skegness town centre. Free Wi-Fi, an en suite shower room and a flat-screen TV is featured in all Beachlands rooms. A hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities are also provided. Home-cooked meals are made fresh to order and served in the dining room, and locally sourced ingredients are used when possible. Skegness Pleasure Beach is only a 5-minute walk from the property, where guests can take part in sailing, surfing and sea canoeing. An amusement arcade and wide variety of rides are also located at the pleasure beach, as well as a selection of restaurants. Excellent guest house , very friendly and clean . Breakfast was superb . Very warm welcome from landlady . Nothing we disliked , but would have liked wi-fi

The welcome we recieved was just great,chris and george are wonderful people and they cant do enough for you ,we will be going back that is a definate,telling all our family and friends, GO TO BEACHLANDS,its like being with family .

Great location near the peir and Tower Park. Very friendly without the feeling of being false. Very hard to say anything bad about this place or the very friendly couple who run it.

Good location to town centre and easy bus access to surrounding areas. Maybe a bit over priced but as there are no budget hotels in the area I.e premier inn ect it's about on par with other accommodation in the area.

The proprietors were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean, tidy and very well presented. Will definitely stay at the Beachlands again next year :D Couldn't fault it.
