Nothing really, but a bit of a stretch from Manor House tube station and the over- ground is not necessarily convenient.
The location is very close to London overground, but a fair walk to the underground. Not a problem for me, could be an issue for others. I knew what to expect from reading the reviews, so nothing came as a surprise. If you don't want/like cereal for breakfast, take a walk round the corner, where you can get an all-day breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom small, but a a great shower, each room has a small fridge containing milk and juice for breakfast. If you want to add anything to your breakfast, there is a large Sainsbury's across the road. Personally I don't have a problem leaving via a fire escape knowing that the rest of the building is a pub and no one is on site between closing and opening times, however I can see that it could be a concern for some. The single room I had was small on the 3rd floor, but as I was only staying one night was adequate. Note that this hotel in is Zone 2 on the tube.
