Location, Price, good en suite facilities
Bed was awful. Very small rooms
Good location and value for money
Room a little tired looking
Attic room was fairly quiet although above a pub. Room recently refurbished so very clean and comfortable. Bathroom although small was clean and shower good and hot. Good value for money for London, have paid more for worse.
A ten minute walk from the bus stop that we needed. Probably would have been noisy on a lower floor
Cumbersome, check-in and check-out process Room heating is horrible
Localistaion is good, although there coupé be more info how to get there from Totenham Hale or Seven Sisters stadion. Free Wifi was helpful
We were unlucky to share the building with very loud people partying till the early morning which led to a serious lack of sleep
You can get your last beer of the day just in your hotel. You have all what you need near the hotel.
If you have any problems is impossible to give a feedback form the hotel! The email adress doesn't work, they don't answer to the telephone...
Room was nice and tidy, comfy bed n flat screen TV.
Shower: was hot or cold. Couldnt mix hot and cold water to get a warm shower.
Really friendly staff, nice facilities and great value for the location. Will definitely be staying here again :)
very small room, lots of stairs to get to room. rooms over a pub , had to get to your room through a series of stairs and hallways through a back door after the pub closed.
cleanliness and shower
noise - doors banging and people shouting until 2 in the morning
late check in time
Simply put great value for money, might not be optimal for a early night due to being above a pub but didn't test this as went to bed after the pub was close.
This is not a five star hotel but what you do get is value for money a great location (close to tube stop) and a comfortable stay. We hadn't expected breakfast but the Beaconsfield provided tea/coffee/cearal and an orange juice every morning of our stay. I often visit London and I'll definitely be going back to stay at the Beaconsfield hotel . I've also recommended this venue to a friend.
Very far from center of City and about 1km to the nearest Subway. You have to waste many time to wait f for checking in because nobody is there before 1pm. The ground of it is a bar, so even in the evening you will hear some drunk talk aloud down the street.
value for money; friendliness of staff; cleanliness
unable to fully shut 1 window; no warning of the band playing on Saturday night, although they did improve
Location is good.
No evaluator and rather difficult to take the luggage to the 3rd floor
i enjoyed my stay at the beaconsfeild it was a welcoming stay and the staff were very helpfull it was situated near a shopping park which was good we stayed here as we were attending a concert in alexandra palace
10min from tube.
Not cleaned, for breakforst cornlakes
Nice clean rooms and bathroom Flexible check in time Excellent value for money
Slightly noisy main road location
I was looking for a room near Picadilly line, and Beaconsfield's location near Manor House tube station was great for my touring plans. The staff in the pub was friendly. I was ready for their 'complimentary breakfast' and had no pain about noisy street. Worth its money.
Shower cabin was a kinda obsolete; the chemistry they use for cleaning smells too strong.
breakfast (packets of cereal and milk) in room... only convenient due to granddaughter and her friend needed to leave early in the morning so managed to have something to eat.
No access on arrival as over a pub which was closed. No one around. Room hot; had to close window due to noise on street. Noise from pub below till 3am..then noise from revellers outside until early hours. The room: Literally a bed, fridge in wardrobe, tea and coffee, breakfast (cereal and milk) on tray with bowls and spoons. Bathroom adequate. Locked in after 1am... only exit, including leaving in the morning, down a fire exit! 2 floors... door to entrance locked until 12 noon as goes through pub. Old, tatty decor. well overpriced. Never again.
we enjoyed the location very much with a local tube station and many night buses gave us peace of mind while we was out. the hotel it self was perfect, for the price we paid over a bank holiday for 2 nights (£90!!!) was very good, in past experiences we have paid much more for a lot less. the room was decorated nicely and staff treated you really well. the in room breakfast was a nice idea and made sure you had a healthy start to the day. thank you. we would 100% return anytime
I have nothing to complain about. obviously there is renovation going on but at no point was it in the way or a hindrance.
room OK wifi OK shower OK
nasty reception poor staff
Right price next to bus stop, parking permits for sale at bar
Be nice if you provided croissants along with the cocopops Fire escape exit in the moning
Area was ok, barmaid was lovely. They are unfortunately the only 2positives.
The room was tiny & dirty. Water was coming in through the window. Breakfast was a box of cereal on top of fridge. Window cracked, very noisy. Im not fussy with hotels bit this is he worst ive ever stayed in & Ive paid less!!!
