Having a shower in the morning to make me feel clean again!!!! Arrived and told the female behind the bar I had a room booked, she then decided to carry on serving 10 mins later she finally attended to me,no wardrobe nowhere to hang my clothes and with the carpet needing a good hovering due to it being full of hairs I had to hang the clothes on the door handle and lay them on the radiator.old, thin, stinky pillow. Tacky and dirty fridge in the room, waste of space breakfast. Not impressed at all stayed in better half the price

Rooms were basic with bed and en suite. Comfortable and clean and very warm. There are tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are above a pub that does not do food so no proper breakfast as such but you do get cornflakes, milk and orange juice. There is a great cafe a few doors away that does good meals into the evening and good breakfasts at reasonable prices. The bar was supposed to be open until 1.30am but closed early at 12.30 (possibly as clocks going foward) and staff did not advise of this so we had to leave the pub and go elsewhere for the last hour. Also they advised if you wanted a full breakfast to go to the n4 cafe a few doors down where they had a "deal" for residents to purchase a cooked breakfast for £3.50. The cafe were unaware of this and would not do this offer. The breakfast was excellent, although we had to pay the full price (£5 - £7 all in). Only other minor problem was one room didn't have a remote for the tv.

Basic clean and tidy accommodation at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and a great location for transport, city centre and also local facilities. Pub downstairs was not loud and locals were friendly with reasonably priced drinks. Would use this hotel again in the future.

Some of the personel people were really nice. The rooms are little, but have everything what we needed. Pub downstairs is really nice too. However doesn't disturb when in the room. Breakfast was not enough. Actually it's just some cornflakes and juices in the fridge in the room. And there is no place where to leave suitcases if needed after check out.

Room was big enough. Beddings/Towels were neat. Overall environment was neat. Bath room too small. Occassionally, housekeeper for gets to replace the milk, tea and coffee bags. Most importantly, the heating was inadequate as it was time regulated and not weather regulated. Microwaves should be provided in each floor.

Staff where extremely friendly, room was clean and tidy, good central location close to the underground. The pub was good had pool tables also many TV's showing football matches etc. They hotel also has a beer garden where you can smoke so don't need to go outside the building. The room had a fridge and tea making facilities, good flat screen TV, room was very clean and tidy.

Good value for money, friendly staff and clean (although some reviews say otherwise). Since there's a pub downstairs, I really don't get why there's a box of cereals and a milk in a fridge instead of having breakfast in the pub downstairs. They didn't change the towels for whole 5 days; but maybe if we asked the staff, we'd get new ones. Who knows. The shower and bathroom are kinda small for taller people.

Although there is a pub downstairs,it does not affect the quietness of the rooms upstairs ,the double glazing are quit good because if you close them its very peaceful, the rooms are clean, will book again at this place.

Was not bad if you do not expect too much. Though it is far from "luxury" romm (as in the reservation) for an overnight stay it is OK, easily accessible from City center, calm and friendly. The rooms are too small, not to speak of the bathroom. Really only for sleeping at night.
