I thought it had an excellent breakfast menu, a very comfortable room. The staff is very personnable and ready to help and advise. I was very pleased with my stay there and would return at our next visit.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, had everything on hand you could possibly need. Particularly liked the bespoke artwork in the room and public areas; a lovely unique touch. Couldn't fault our stay and would definitely use again if back in the area.

The food was truly excellent. Mattress protector very uncomfortable and clammy . Delivery van outside at 5.30 am leaving the engine running for a long time.

Hotel was excellent but breakfast was too expensive when we didn't book it on-line. On Sunday morning we travelled to St Albans and got a far superior meal for £5.50 x 6 - as we guests with us both mornings - is a massive saving on the cost of the hotel breakfast. This is my only observation - not a complaint. Parking , location , heating , hot water etc - all excellent. Staff - 110% I will be back. As above - breakfast too expensive.

Clean, tidy, comfortable and luxurious The airconditioner was set up at the wrong place i think...the air goes directly to the face as you lie down on the bed...because of this its a pretty bad room structure...

The hotel has an unusual exterior design which we really liked. Inside it was luxurious and comfortable. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. I would definately come back!

Feather pillows. We only chose the hotel as it was the venue for a function we were attending. The lighting was very poor when trying to put on my make up. The small mirror in the bathroom was just possibly positioned for a 6 foot tall person but definitely not for anyone shorter. Noise transferred from the room inour corridor and from above - doors opening and closing, footsteps overhead, voices through the walls.

Close to my activity location. There was a loud alarm which was switched on suddenly at around 3.30am. It produced a loud alarm sound for about 1 minute and then stopped. It ruined our deep sleep for the night.

Staff allowed us to check in early - much appreciated. Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Noise from occupants in the room above us. Heavy feet thumping across the floor late at night.
