The sheets never got changed. My wife had a nosebleed and the blood spot was there each day despite us putting the linen ready for collection. is it normal practice to put dirty linen back on the bed???! we also had to wait an hour for our meal |

Etcs in room such as J2o's, chocolate and towel elephant on bed upon arrival. Decor in dining room. very gloomy. Cereal packets behind breakfast buffet most offputting.Surely they could be stored in another place or even on the shelves. |

Friendly young staff nothing too much trouble. Owner worked hard and long hours to make sure all was going well. Good position for Moors and coast. Good food reasonable price. Interior modernised well. Plenty of potential to keep it growing and improving. Everything fine. |

Pleasant friendly atmosphere in clean and tidy accomodation with freshly cooked food. Although only two miles from Pickering it felt slightly remote and with occasional traffic noise from its position on a main road. |

Very friendly, good price, excellent food. If you're a wheelchair user it's worth noting the shower is a normal shower with no seat. You need to be able to transfer on to either an outdoor chair, or on to the shower floor. Apart from this it was excellent. |

clean and pleasant My partner telephoned the hotel at 7am and the call was diverted to a mobile and answered 2 miles away and the person that answered stated she did not have a number to contact the hotel. This time it was not urgent however my daughter was in hospital and he may have needed to contact me urgently. |
