There was a mix up with my booking but the receptionist should be highly commended for the way she resolved it. The menu on the in room television did not match up with the restaurant menu! |

Good room service, friendly staff. Menu very variable. The internet and combined T.V in the room was excellent Parking - no individual car park of any allocated parking for hotel clients. Have to share with hospital staff and patient parking. |

The welcome was very courteous and the room was very well appointed with a pleasant outlook. The room was spacious and comfortable. I feel that for the price it was not seem unreasonable now a days to expect a larger bed in the double room, being used to less expensive establishments (travel inn and similar places) where king size beds are standard. |

Parking facillities were good and room was clean Sevice in the restaurant was very-very slow, the food was poor, when offered bread with meal it was dried up sliced white bread not rolls. The white wine was warm and not chilled. The hotel was part hospital and had a quite bizzare feel, the room was well overpriced at £134 when compared to Glasgow Marriot for example which is far superior. Staff not very attentive. Lift panels loose and exposed wiring. Overall a very poor experience. |

The peacefulness of the surrounding area. The rooms are a good size and tv come computer etc. In general a very nice hotel I was disappointed there was not a fridge in the room. Also when I phoned reception a few days prior to arriving I requested the room I had previously occupied or a similar one (overlooking the clyde) and was told that it shouldn't be a problem, but when I was checking in I was told all the rooms were taken. |

I enjoyed the leisure facilities, the spacious roomand the internet connection in the rooms. It was abit remote when you were relying on public transport. |

I stayed here with my teenage son to attend the Heineken Cup final in Edinburgh. The hotel is comfortable and the staff very helpful, however there is nothing to recommend the surrounding area apart from good rail links into Glasgow |

It's actually a hospital run by the NHS - bits are good but, it's not all joined-up! |

The room was nice The swimming pool was closed and the T.Vs were not working in the room so there was nothing to do in the hotel and we had a 12 year old child with us. |

Comfortable room, with en-suite and television. Location was ideal, as we were staying there to visit my father who was in hospital at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Disappointing that the swimming pool was undergoing renovation and was not available. |

Good basic facilities in rooms, good leisure facilities. Pleasant, helpful staff. Decor a bit shabby and in need of updating. TV only had seven channels available - room for improvement. |

I only stayed one night on a business trip, but as always The Beardmore was clean & comfortable. I had a meal in the restaurant which was not paricularly cheap but well cooked & served. The staff are always pleasant & helpfull. Will stay there again when I next go to Clydebank. |

Room was good size and hotel were happy to make up a sofa bed for my son. Bathroom was kitted out for an invalid, with tiny sink low down which was almost impossible to use |

Very efficient and helpful staff working on reception desk. Continental breakfast very poor value for money. Toast & croissants were awful and grapefruit was served in a very large soup dish. A self-service buffet would have been much better than the waiter service. |
