Room. Large open areas.

Poor service at breakfast. I ordered coffee no breakfast and after 12 minutes I at to leave because of a meeting. There was still no sign of anyone bringing coffee or tea out. The only service that the staff were required to carry out was to take customers to their seats and take coffee or tea orders. The rest was selve-service.

Pleasant outlook from hotel room towards Clyde and hotel gardens. Efficient powerful shower.

Rather worn and ripped sofa - possibly a sofa bed which let down the otherwise pleasant and comfortable room

I loved this hotel! I paid a small upgrade on check-in and had a lovely King room which was extremely comfortable and very well presented. The iMac computer/TV was fab! Had room service and also in-room breakfast - all very good. Found all the staff very friendly and helpful - would most definitely stay again!

Superb large bedroom and bathroom with excellent furnishings, including a surfeit of storage space! Supplying an iMAC with free internet is a great idea, although if you only want tv the screen is small. We didn't eat there, but the menus sounded good.

Front desk receptionist was under too much pressure to answer phone calls, so both check-in and -out took too long. The pillows in the bedroom were thin and hard - a great pity to let the side down like that. (Fortunately the settee cushions were an acceptable substitute.) Clydebank itself is not a place I would want to wander at night, but the hotel/hospital complex is well-removed from the town.

I have emailed the hotel following my stay as i was disappointed by the room we received. I have had no response from the hotel.

Extremely friendly and helpful bar staff. Clean and well appointed room. Very handy indeed for adjacent Golden Jubilee National Hospital.

Ridiculously oversized and inconvenient circular table in bedroom. Brisk, as opposed to warm, welcome in breakfast room.

All the staff & facilities were excellent. Both bar & restaurant menus were good. Rooms were airy & spotless Corridoors were immaculate Very rarely do you stay in a hotel that has consistent helpful staff, the Beardmore have achieved this.

We didn't confirm breakfast £9.95pp at time of booking. On check out we were charged £15.00 per head for breakfast, when we queried this we were told when you don't pre-book the charge is at Chef's discretion based on the food served that day!! I said this should be highlighted. Apart from this minor issue which in no way effected our stay,our over all opinion is very positive.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff that we spoke with. The rooms and the hotel were nice and clean with a comfortable bed.

The area around the bath tub needed the grouting sorted as it let down an otherwise nice bathroom. The quality of the snack meal that we had in the bar/ restaurant was pretty poor with a very small fin with overdone chips.
