I enjoyed the leisure facilities, the spacious roomand the internet connection in the rooms. It was abit remote when you were relying on public transport. |

I stayed here with my teenage son to attend the Heineken Cup final in Edinburgh. The hotel is comfortable and the staff very helpful, however there is nothing to recommend the surrounding area apart from good rail links into Glasgow |

It's actually a hospital run by the NHS - bits are good but, it's not all joined-up! |

The room was nice The swimming pool was closed and the T.Vs were not working in the room so there was nothing to do in the hotel and we had a 12 year old child with us. |

Comfortable room, with en-suite and television. Location was ideal, as we were staying there to visit my father who was in hospital at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Disappointing that the swimming pool was undergoing renovation and was not available. |

Good basic facilities in rooms, good leisure facilities. Pleasant, helpful staff. Decor a bit shabby and in need of updating. TV only had seven channels available - room for improvement. |

I only stayed one night on a business trip, but as always The Beardmore was clean & comfortable. I had a meal in the restaurant which was not paricularly cheap but well cooked & served. The staff are always pleasant & helpfull. Will stay there again when I next go to Clydebank. |

Room was good size and hotel were happy to make up a sofa bed for my son. Bathroom was kitted out for an invalid, with tiny sink low down which was almost impossible to use |

Very efficient and helpful staff working on reception desk. Continental breakfast very poor value for money. Toast & croissants were awful and grapefruit was served in a very large soup dish. A self-service buffet would have been much better than the waiter service. |

i was so dissapointed in this hotel that im going to take it further as this was not a 4 star hotel i will be righting in to the paper. even the reception when we came in was talking to us and answering the phone at the same time so we had no idea what was going on. and nothing was working in the hotel and the web site was a total lie. i was so shocked at the way this hotel is managed. there is little staff and so the service was very poor and you never got the food you asked for.the wallpaper was falling off the walls. some off the light were not working and in our roon which was ment to be a good room was poor the mini bar wasnt working there was rotting food under the couch. the web page was all false no sunbed, no turkishspa |

I stayed at the hotel in July and had a good visit, but I would have to say the attitude of staff has changed and service was not as good. I requested a razor and it never arrived, asked for more shower gel and was told it was in my room, but 1 bottle when you use the gym is not enough. Overall I was dissapointed. |
