We've stayed here many times before - always a good experience . Friendly efficient staff , good rooms.Altogether A1 .
The friendliness of the staff and the excellent service at breakfast.
Comfort of the bedroom
The staff were very nice and helpful The food was great compliments to the chef
Room 9 has a problem with damp around the windows quite severe Room 23 very nice but signs of water leak on roof which a lick of paint would sort
Breakfast choices were great!
Two single beds joined to make our double bed, although the two beds were very comfy individually, once we ignored the split
Staff were friendly, breakfast freshly cooked and catered for special dietary requirements with no problems. Nice bar with good selection of drinks.
Rooms were noisy, could hear other guests in their rooms talking, watching tv, in the shower etc. Wifi was a bit slow in the bar and would have liked it in the rooms as well as public areas especially since I couldn't get a 3G signal in our room. Room wasn't as clean as it should be light fittings were quite dusty.
The food was first class and the staff were both helpful and pleasant in every way
Probably drink a bit over the norm price wise. Not really walking distance from town for me
Staff that booked me in was very friendly
Cold room took a few hours to heat,no wifi in the room , comfy bed but being a sleigh bed tall people feet touch bottom board. Very noisy room ,lots doors slamming
I kept banging my head on the glass shelf directly above the sink when trying to wash my face, The shower had no power. Had difficulty filling the kettle for coffee and tea, No seats in room just a small pouffe no good for an elderly couple,
The meal was lovely, the staff were friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend it to my friends, will definitely be staying again.
Best jaccuzzi !!! Great staff
Hotel was clean and comfortable :) staff were also very friendly!
No wifi and the toilet flush was broken.
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. You simply get a warm welcome upon arrival and during my stay the staff were helpful and friendly. And unlike some other hotels it was obvious that the staff like working there, which makes a difference to customer service. I did think that the meals seamed a little pricey but the quality of the meal when it arrived was outstanding. I ended up having a desert for about the first time in ten years. Not a big hotel but that is what makes it the quality that it is.
The machine that you put your door card to operate the lights in my room, gave off quite a loud buzzing sound but was easily fixed by getting out of bed and removing the card. Not noticeable in the day .
Staff were fantastic - second to none.
Rooms were slightly dates and walls were rather thin!
The price was very satisfactory
Nothing at all
The staff at the beaufort are all great, always so helpful and polite, just great........probably comes from very good hotel management. Highly recommended
very friendly staffs, great facility, near the city centre
the sound from next door travels slightly obvious
Nice clean hotel! Would stay again.
Good choice of food menu and malt whisky. The steaks are well worth trying.
Warm friendly hotel, staff excellent always stay there when in inverness.
Sometimes no wifi in rooms
Good sized room with large double bed. Nice decor. Good choice of dinner menu. Well cooked and presented dinner.
Cheaper ingredients (different black pudding, bland sausages) used for breakfast than for dinner.
The porridge was dire. The shower was good but fiddly to operate
Nice friendly relaxed environment
Welcome. The evening staff were particularly outstanding. The man at the desk, barman and waitress were a delight to deal with.
I don't think the fact your wifi is only available in public areas is made clear enough. I was unable to do a lot of my work as it wasn't something that can be conducted in a bar. I would be able to stay at the beauforrt again unless this is rectified. I would be prepared to pay £5-10 for wifi use in my room. I would also have liked a bath, but there was no facility for this. The sheets had black hairs on them, and the carpets were not hovered very well at all. Lots of bits by the skirting boards, under the bed and desk.
