Score from 281 reviews Very good
Great location, 5 minute walk from town. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Ample parking. Dog friendly.
Noisy bar can be heard from room (23). Small TV high up in corner of room so you can't actually read what channel or what's on. Sounded like the people above us were rearranging the furniture, constant rumbling and dragging furniture about for about 30 minutes! Had to go to reception but they didn't seem too fussed by it, said they would go see.
Had a great stay. We were made to feel so welcome. Will def be back.
good staff and good evening meal
the noise at night from outside fan or machine attached to the wall outside room 43, disturbed me all night
room , food and service fantastic
the staff are very friendly and helpful, everything else becomes a bonus x
meals were slightly dear but if not happy local places to dine x
Twin room was very small
I booked a single room and I was given a large well appointed double with a luxurious bed. Excellentl.
This was a last minute booking at a dicounted rate, we were upgraded to the ness suite, lovely room,no veiw to speak of but u didnt need it with the room, it was so comfortable and cosy and a short walk right to the higg street, clean and friendly, would definitely stay there again if we where ever back in Inverness
Fantastic place to stay,
Friendly staff, clean, enjoyed breakfast.
If you like peace and quiet, do not stay in the ness room while there is a function taking place, overall enjoyed my stay at the Beaufort.
Very accommodating and friendly staff, comfortable room, would stay again without hesitation! My group had to leave early for a bike race and the manager arranged packed lunches for everyone as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Very impressed!
Warmth of welcome and staff. Breakfast terrific
Shower a little elderly
The open fire in the lounge was lovely. The room was exceptionally clean. The restaurant was good but expensive for what you got with 8oz sirloin 19.95 and then 3.95 for chips!
On arrival it was snowing and the room was cold with radiator on frost level. Lots of steps to get to room. WiFi good in lounge but not available in room.
Great location, lovely room, good value for money.
Wi-fi signal wasn't great but the weather wasn't great either.
Heating (ours had broken previous to the visit), location, bed, price
Was perfect for an overnight stop
The hotel is well situated for central Inverness and has its own free parking. Staff are very helpful and service is excellent. Food and comfort very acceptable at the price.
Helpful and friendly staff, great room and location.
Staff were warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and cosy with lovely decor, and the room was peaceful with no traffic noise. We appreciated the bathrobes and the toiletries and staff were helpful when we needed an iron and ironing board. We were able to park either in front of the hotel or at the rear and the High Street was perhaps a ten 10 minute walk away.
Being able to have WiFi in the rooms is very important nowadays. I didn't really want to sit in the lounge bar in the evening to be able to use my computer.
The greeting by the staff and the way we were treated by all staff.
Clean and well appointed rooms. Free parking. Friendly staff.
Wifi poor. Kitchen closed too early. 9pm on a weekend.
Close to railway station & town centre
Shower was barely a trickle
Very friendly helpfull staff. Lovely cosy bar area with a vast choice of whiskey etc. & a real fire! Breakfast was well organised & lovely food. Very comfortable Hotel. we will definitely go back.
Staff and manager excellent and very friendly and hotel great atmosphere and location. Would def return
The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was a very high standard
