Great location + staff + room + food. Everything was perfect.
Excellent food even if you decide not to stay in the hotel. I would highly recommend the al cart menu the cheesecake s are superb
I had an upper floor room and during the week some guests were getting up at 5:30 and I could hear the water tanks refilling
Nice staff & good quality food
Shower not great pressure Carpets a little grubby Wardrobe facilities poor
Comfy bed, nice staff lovely hotel
Was a little cold in the room, could of done with instructions for the jacuzzi and we felt it was a little to expensive for what we got.
Food was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful.
Not replenishing the shower toiletries.
Lovely hotel, private parking and great location off town centre and very quiet. Stayed before and will stay again.
Staff were friendly and always made conversation. Very clean and comfortable. Extracted from the noise of the city centre.
Room was too warm.
The hotel was in a good location about 15/20 mins walk from the train station and town centre. Our room was clean and quiet, situated at the ground floor rear so ensured good sleep quality.Breakfast was great with a good varied choice on offer. The staff were all very polite and helpful.
Nothing at all to dislike here.
staff were pleasant
Loved the room and the hot tub including the view I got from the hot tub of my own car outside the hotel entrance. (yes I am a car enthusiast) Food & drink was excellent, good value even. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Due to the hot tub in the room, there was no separate shower, although there were two shower heads in the hot tub. Unfortunately I am one of those humans with only 2 hands so it is awkward unless you get your partner to hold it up. You also don't get a screen between shower (hot tub) and room so no privacy, but lets face it, if you have a hot tub in your bedroom you aint gonna be shy!
Staff friendly and couldn't do more.
No broadband in room. Only option was to use bar area after 10pm when the bridge club finished. Also, terrible phone signal (I was on a ground floor rm at back of hotel. Might not be as much of an issue when there on leisure but terrible when counting on it for business.
Easy to find, bed was very comfy - nice and soft but supportive.
Would have liked breakfast to be included in the price. Bit pricey for one night. No wifi in room!
Tbreakfast! The only thing hot about it was the waitress Won't be back
Internet was supposed to be in the public areas, but he was not at all!
Great price at time of booking Late check in and very helpful staff Big room with sofa and table
No wifi in the room
The Beaufort Hotel is much nicer than I expected from the pictures. All the staff were really nice, and I felt cozy and comfortable in my room. The breakfast buffet includes coffee, toast, fresh fruit, and cereals. Drinks from the bar are not too expensive.
comfortable bed and clean facilities
poor shower, no bath
Best steak in Scotland Central Location Good bar Comfy room Great facilities
The uphill walk to the hotel
Loved the approach of the staff - every one was very friendly and willing to help
Can't say I didn't like anything - all very good!
This was a lovely hotel. All as it should be.
Although this hotel was faultless it was overpriced when compered to hotels we stayed at of the same standard and even one of which was of a higher standard.
Great location. Short walk to high street.
Paper thin walls. Had difficulty sleeping due to being able to clearly hear the person in the next room snoring.
The room was clean and quite. The staff were nice and the food was great!
The rooms could do with a little more care... Suspect someone got a bit adventurous and broke one of the lamps next to the bed. Someone opted for the black electrical tape repair leaving it to sag. I mended the cupboard door with the ceramic pull handle as the nut had come loose. The scart lead was picking up noise for the digital tv an could probably do with being replaced. I just rerouted it to get a good signal.
Excellent location within walking distance of attractions, good bars and restaurants and the river. Also free onsite parking is a bonus
Everything. We especially enjoyed the dining room and meals in the bar.
Very spacious room, pleasant staff, great location, good breakfast.
