Staff were excellent

room was a bit small, and there was a humming noise comming from the airco

position, value for money, friendly staff

the hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, the food was excellent. The hotel was ideally situated for shopping, or dining out.I would definitely stay again and would and have recommended to others

Everything was really lovely from the first welcoming greeting to the friendly farewells. I loved having a couch to relax on while in my room.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Good size room and big bathroom. Very nice breakfast. Very comfortable bar and lounge area.

Modern clean rooms with excellent shower room, especially liked the shower gel supplied in wall dispenser gorgeous smell, the hand soap dispenser was the same, we stayed in room 9. The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it. Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while. The breakfast was lovely, yet again served by friendly cheery efficient staff. Plenty of parking, as there was additional parking at the rear of the hotel. Top marks Beaufort, I would not hesitate to stay again.

We have stayed 4 times at this hotel enjoying our stay, but this time due to the immaturity and lack of experience in dealing with some guests who were behaving badly, swearing, shouting, the young staff member who was in charge could not deal with this or would not, we wer very disappointed by this and will no longer use the hotel. We journey to Inverness every 3/4 weeks due to family commitments and the Beaufort is now off our list.

Rooms very comfortable and was able to do some works and get a good rest.

Internet access could be a lot better.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Well stocked bar and pleasant menu choices for dining. The breakfast was magnificant.

One member of our group had a single room and I have to say it was somewhat "pokey" and looked rather unloved - certainly not as flattering as the website picture! A biscuit to accompany the tea making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Have stayed here several times and enjoyed each stay. Have eaten dinner here and can recommend, its lovely. Scottish breakfast on morning is excellent, lots of choice and cooked fresh for you. Has recently been decorated and rooms lovely. Will return. Free parking, secure and lots of spaces.

Staff super friendly- I work in hospitality service (ski resort a la cArte restaurant), so very sensitive to good or bad service , room up to date and clean, ate in the hotel- food was fine, I had the mushroom risotto which was said to have wild/Forrest mushrooms but came with run of the mill button mushrooms. My partner is a chef and we make a wild Forrest mushroom risotto in our restaurant, and we use wild Forrest mushrooms, so marginally disappointed with my meal, the the risotto rice was cooked to perfection though. Also, there was chopped tomato in the risotto, which was not mentioned on the menu, I understand for colour, but if I'd known, I would have asked for without. My partner had the salmon with couscous, which was cooked quite well, but I found the creamy sauce to be just a little bland. However, the food was still fine, and the major components of each meal were cooked very well. And as I said before, the staff were beyond nice and helpful. And same on the breakfast service.

Staff pleasant, overall atmosphere excellant and food very good.

Prefer Wi Fi access in rooms but aaware of this before booking so not an issue.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and facilities good.

Our room was on the top floor and rain at night caused an annoying dripping noise on the windows even after the rain itself had stopped.

My last breakfast was rubbish. Above room 31 everytime someone moved the floor squeeked.
