The staff: welcoming, helpful, cheerful and the restaurant and bar facility and service. Big car park. Location.
Some may need help with baggage to the 1st floor as there is no lift.
Comfortable room,friendly staff
The heating in the room could be improved, however,it isn't a major concern
room was nice and warm, and breakfast was good
can not think what not to like, the only thing i asked for 2 bacon and got 1.1/2 (joke) breakfast was good
Cold shower then no shower moved room with no apology or offer of help. No assistance with luggage dismissive staff. If I had not been charged at the start of my stay I would have checked out early.

Room was cold in the morning due to socket failure, however it was quickly repaired.

The hot water took a long time to run through as the room was at the far end. Shower was not great, but bath was fine.
The room was excellent value for money. Comfy bed and pillows. Good size room.

Old and a bit tired
Food was excellent
Location, car parking facilities
Noisy function. If we had been warned of function we would have requested room away from function area.
Upgraded room albeit with broken bath Value for money
Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities.
Could clearly hear the poor person next door coughing during the night. Rather feeble shower.
Very nice restaurant with an outstanding choice of food. Very nice staff everywhere.
Quiet room - exactly as requested – comfortable and with excellent facilities. Super 'Full Welsh' buffet breakfast. Ever helpful staff. Convenient for Mold, Theatre Clwyd, Chester, and the A55 North Wales Expressway.
No 'dislikes' - have stayed here on several previous occasions
The heater in the room made a noise and we had to turn it off - also not keen on plastic cups / beakers in bathroom for water.
Rooms were a bit in need of up grade
The food was very good with a fair choice both off the restaurant menu and for breakfast.
The room was very warm even with the window open which was at the bottom of the room (this is just a minor issue) and lack of pillows again minor and wouldn't prevent me from staying again.
breakfast was great, facilities were good and hotel in good condition
being woken up each morning by the fire alarm. seemingly this is a regular occurence and happened twice in the same room
Very clean Imaculate room Great breakfast Welcoming staff Totaly professional in everything they do Fantastic value for money
Restaurant food was great Breakfast was great Close to where I was visiting
Bathrooms (toilets hard to flush) Old facilities No air conditioning in the rooms
Breakfast was very good. It was ideally situated for our needs. we would be happy to use this hotel again.
The shower in 265 was very poor as the head seemed as though it needed replacing. Our bed hadn't been completed when we arrived. Valance was missing and fitted as we were in room. It was very creased and looked untidy.
