Beaufort Park Hotel  

We stay for B&b to go to family party in the area. The room was very spacious and very clean but in need of and update. The breakfast was excellent which from me is a good recommendation as I am pain in the behind about breakfast. All over would recommend highly.

Far too noisey, loud music did not stop until 1am. and the noise in the morning from 8am was also far too noisy from from running water or exctracter fans left running in local bedrooms.

The staff are always friendly, room is clean, quiet at night time and the breakfast is excellent. Finally and most important the price is right for a pensioner.

Breakfast was of a high standard

The whole hotel felt very dated and could do with re-freshing the bedrooms. The shower in our room was poor, I felt it was just very old. I did complain and the staff we very helpful. They offered me another room, I just felt it was to much hassle to move our things for 1 more night.

We came to see the Entertainer Andy Martin and he was excellent

Ease of access to Chester

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food in Archers bar was very good.

The rooms were not up to par. The 1st one we were put in was shabby, there was a large crack in the window, the heater had lost its switch, the toilet didn't flush properly and it was damp. We were put in another room which was better but it was still poor especially in the bathroom.

tired rooms, cold, felt we were in a staff room, curtains blowing although window shut, radiator not working in bathroom so very cold.

Staff were friendly and helpful My breakfast on day 2 when I came down at 0730 was hot and delicious as was my evening meal. Reception was speedy and accurate.

Skating across from my car to the hotel entrance!! My first breakfast at 0830 which was cool to tepid. The front part of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The section of passageway through the second and third fire doors to room 267 was, by comparison arctic

Bar food was good value and excellent quality.

Address on e-bookers for Beauford Parkhe hotel was incorrect and using sat-nav I was could not locate the hotel with the postcode or address provided. In fact the hotel was at the far side of town. Other guests, who I spoke to, also had the same experience.

Shower head kept falling off. TV did not work reliably.

We felt the room could have been cleaner and looked a little tired and in need of some tlc. The tv was poor with only 10 channels available and the bathroom needed a good re fit

The shower in our room did not work properly and someone else in our party also had trouble with their shower.

The staff were very helpful, letting us upto our rooms early and helping me book a taxi, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast too! All for a very reasonable price, I will be recommending this hotel to others and I would visit here again .
