Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
The bar is open from 11:00 to 14:30, and from 18:30 to 22:00 (Monday to Thursday). The bar is closed on Sundays. On Fridays and Saturdays the bar is open from 11:00 to 14:30, and from 18.30 to 22:30.
No all-male/female parties can be accepted (stag/hen parties).
Beaumont House only allows a maximum of 3 rooms to be block-booked by one party.

If you are due to arrive after the published check-in times, please contact reception in advance in order to agree alternative arrangements.

Everything - staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was supberb - everything you could ask for from a spa room. They had catered to every need to a high standard. The comunial areas were clean, tidy, comfortable and welcoming for individuals and families. |

The Welcome ... when i arrived .. also the room No 10 was Great ! had lots of home comforts...The breakfast was very nice and everything looked very clean ... with lots of detail and thought gone into everything. I was worried about parking as its street parking . But i was OK with parking there were plenty of spaces outside...as it was not their busy time ... |

Lovely,stlyishly furnished and well equipped room-----Quiet.Very handy for the the prom and beach but in a quiet backwater.Very good breakfast and welcoming hosts.. Nothing to dislike[though bar area could look more open,but you can ring for service] |

breakfasts were good and substantial, bed was comfortable.and the hosts excellent. lounge comfy / dining room very good the room was small. and over decorated in red. wash basin in room was small and difficul to wash in, without bumping my head on a glass shelf.the shower was too small .The room was spotless and well kept but we found it claustophobic.and dark. |

I have been staying in Great Yarmouth on business for over 25 years, finally I have found a hotel that is confortable, exceptionally clean and very friendly. If Carlsberg did hotels, Beaumont House would be it. |

The service was wonderful, from the moment Mick opened the door to our final goodbye. We stayed in spa room 6, it was wonderful, everything you could possibly want, in fact, we had to force ourselves out to go and see Great Yarmouth! A wonderful hotel. |

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They accommodated to our vegan requirements, which was lovely of them. The room decor was gorgeous, it was very clean, tidy and presentable; it was the same throughout the hotel. The bed was so comfortable! The hotel was set back from the hustle and bustle of the busy seafront strip, but closer enough to walk there. I would highly recommend this hotel, my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting them again soon.... |

Not your average B&B/Hotel, high quality furniture...linen...towels...toiletries. Its clean with excellent food, very friendly, modern decor, very well maintained, one of the most comfortable beds Ive slept in. No complaints whatsoever....already booked back in for next week. |

Even at a late arrival there was a warm welcome. The room was spotless with facilities far better than major 4* I had stayed in the past. The beakfast with it's fresh strawberries and Blueberries was a treat and the full english well cooked & presented. Not a critisism but perhaps a half net curtain for the bay in room 3 may facilitate enjoying the fine view and afford a degree of privacy at the big bay window. |
