Had a wonderful stay was made to feel comfortable and relaxed, food was excellent and so was the service would recommend to eveyone

The owners are proud of their hotel and have put thought and effort into design, in room facilities and maintaining standards.

This hotel is a gem we were made to feel extremely welcome, high standard and lovely touches in the room well appointed throughout the hotel,the extras make all the difference better than many branded hotels all with a very personal touch.Great location,easy parking,free wifi, Breakfast was fantastic. Can't wait to return next year.

Nothing 10/10

Very friendly owners; lovely room facing towards the sea and very well maintained. Bedroom and bathroom both clean and well equipped with shower gel, plenty of towels, tea making facilities, bottled water and biscuits.

Very friendly great food very clean room

A bit tatty round the edges, I couldn't understand why it was so highly rated, but then I realised it's a combinaiton of the little touches- fresh ground coffee in the rooms or instance, or the complimentary bottle of water every business traveller doesn't know they need until they're thirsty at midnight, plus he lovely, warm reception from the owners that set this place apart.

It does not get better than this. Fantastic hosts. Brilliant food. Lovely, comfortable room. The owners demonstrate a fantastic eye for detail in everything they do. For someone travelling on their own this is like home from home. I would definitely not stay anywhere else. I wish Charlotte and Robbert every success in the future. They truly deserve it.

Polite and pleasant staff willing to help, The room was immaculate extremely luxurious, well stocked tea and coffee, Breakfast was well presented and plenty to chose from. I would most certainly return and recommend a stay.

Nothing negative to say,

Everything was perfect, warm welcome, well heated, provided a map of the town and the attractions/places to eat etc. Modern, contemporary design, the proprietors have made a majot investment for it "to be right", and its worked. Will be sure to return again.

Had nothing to complain about, maybe the odd creaking floorboard!

Before I even rang the bell the door opened and I was greeted with a huge smiling face. I'd had a difficulty journey by road, and as I was shown to my room I immediately began to relax. It was warm and comfortable. Very clean and comfortable room, great amenities in the room.. even shoe polish, and a press coffee maker. Freeview TV, anything you could really ask for. Breakfast was freshly cooked, I had the chefs special omelette and it tasted amazing, it filled me for the day. I will definately stay here again.

Excellent friendly welcome, high spec rooms and brilliant breakfast.

Friendly, clean, easy to park, short walk into the town centre. Nice touches such as real coffee and a percolator in the rooms, and lovely breakfasts.

Very freindly staff, ease of parking, fantastic rooms, very clean & a superb breakfast. Only a 5 minute walk to town or the seafront but far enough away to enjoy a relaxing stay.I Would not hesitate to recomend this hotel to anyone & I will be going back!
