All the staff were helpful and welcoming, rooms well designed and appointed. The hotel had been tastefully and well refurbished and location convenient for the town centre. Nothing negative to report |

Welcomed immediately by male receptionist , who was competent and helpful throughout .felt more like being a guest at a distant relative`s house than at a hotel . liked the trust bar / minibar in room , and helpfulness of all staff . was allowed to stay after checkout , as my daughter was taking exams . couldn`t have been more hospitable , but without intrusion . Distance from centre , although that is not their fault ! cost a bit in taxis , though . swipe card entry system at night . availability of bar snacks during the day . a wardrobe that didn`t open , and a walkin shower that wasn`t plumbed in. |

All the staff were friendly and welcoming and the facilities were first class. The location is excellent, close to a very nice park for gentle walks and easy access to the shops and entertainment facilities in the town centre. Days start with an excellent breakfast and finish in a very comfortable bed. |

The staff were very welcoming, the large bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the Dining Room setting was very pleasant. The bathroom attachments were fine, but the bathroom itself and shower were a bit cramped. |

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, small but very well designed and appointed. Charming, helpful hosts; very convenient for the town, with plenty of parking, and very quiet. Excellent! |

The key card was a very smart idea for the front door, especially as I was going to be staying out late during my stay. Also the complimentary bottle of water and milk was a nice touch to have in the room! Can't fault this place, a truly wonderful boutique experience! It's definitely up there with some of the best 5 star hotel chains in the world.! |

This boutique guest house is a very good little hotel that provides that degree of comfort and sophistication for those who seek something different and better. The proprietors attention to detail means that you are constantly reminded of those little extras that make all of the difference for a short break. It was simply lovely! No lift. |

Hotel was everthing their Webb Site suggested. All facilities of a very high standard, staff helpful, and friendly. Breakfasts were something else, fantastic choice, and excellent quality, both food, and service. |
