Lovely food and rooms were excellent lovely erea
Ideal location for visiting Legoland & friendly staff.
Extortionate prices for food & beverages.
wonderful hotel set in beautiful grounds. Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel was clean and grounds were fabulously maintained
Heathrow and all the planes. Although we know to expect this when coming to the area. I'm sure people who live in the area are used to it.
Staff were all friendly polite and happy and very attentive, very child friendly. Pool was lovely and warm. Breakfast was amazing.
Didn't like children in the playground so early was woken every mornin! And you have to try to ignore the planes!
was given disabled room, asked to be changed was given tiny room in the attic...room was ok but small also paid for breakfast, resturant was full was told to go to the conference centre where they had run out of eggs. no table clothes, felt like a lunchtime board room
Overcrowded Useless Staff Bit Run Down
Great facilities for children. Nice activity pack when we arrived. Gym and pool were nice and well equipped.
Very big. Room was quite far from main hotel. Lighting in room was quite dark.
Lovely room with opening doors to gardens. Nice food.
Fizzy drinks were expensive.
Food, staff, comfortable, clean, playground, location. Amazing hotel for the price. Second time we've stay and will not be the last!
Price of the beer lol
We stayed in room 217 north, the room was just tired decoration wise, and very dusty, mould in the bathroom and the toilet bin was disgusting, however your staff were fantastic and helpful, and facilities were very nice,
Beautifull hotel, would definatley stay there again and have also recommended this hotel to family and friends.
Really disappointed that the rooms werent air conditioned ( esp at this tariff ). The room was really uncomfortable and hot during the night. We had very poor sleep due to this.
Clean Great ambiance Facilities
Waiting at reception for long time Couldn't find staff Pool was not open long enough in the morning
A lot, for the money and star raring this hotel is terrible, stop in travel lodge if possible because the service and hotel would be much better
Lovely grounds, good location for Windsor and Ascot
Very Big, long walk from White House to reception. Expensive Breakfast and drinks. Needs a makeover. Not many English speaking staff.
Extensive grounds, leisure facilities, good choice of food, location
Very noisy & lacking in any real 'sound proofing' between rooms, pull down/ sofa bed as the 3rd bed & rooms looking quite dated
The location was ok.
The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the heat in the room was almost unbearable at times.
Location Helpful staff
Hot stuffy rooms Expensive eating drinking Rooms outdated with basics only
Location & price, lovely surroundings/gardens
Basic room, bathroom in need of renovation!!! Very long walk to room.....
Good location as an alternative to Windsor itself. Stunning setting and interesting mix of old and new. Eating in the chapel was an amazing experience. My room was nice and had windows on 3 sides - I had a glorious view of rolling hills from my bed, which was also very very comfortable. Nice shower room too and plenty of hot water. Very welcome reception.
There were a lot of small children there and it was noisy in the chapel restaurant, the bar and also under my window. It was disappointing that there was no a la carte available on the night of my stay. My room needed a bedside lamp.
Room a bit small
Service, breakfast, grounds, location close to Legoland, facilities
unbearably hot and noisy (planes up ahead) no air con (essential even on cooler summer days as the building itself is so hot even with all heating switched off) , flight path until 1am so can't open windows as too noisy, fan supplied very noisy. I had absolutely no sleep at all. My sons and husband got a couple hours sleep. The bathroom was also a bit tired and rotting around plug holes, shower screen hinges etc and no breakfast included in the cost so quite pricey really overall.
The location / Grounds are beautiful / kids room with the nightly film
Ground floor room was hot at night, could open the doors as the kids would escape, fan provided but noisy at night for children.
The staff Our superior room The grounds The location
I felt the cost of food and drink was a little excessive. The standard rooms are very basic and don't have the best views and access to facilities.
The list is to long but basically they r selling something u don't c a hotel that is attached via a tunnel yes the front is nice but the hotel it self definetly not a 4 star very shabby in need of work
