Beautiful hotel with SOME very well mannered, helpful staff. Food lovely but limited variety. The heating in our first room didn't work so had to be moved..then we asked for a wake-up call and didn't get it...the heating in our second room didn't really work well !! We had 2 single beds pushed together....plus the vending machines were empty all over the manor...the cost of your drinks at the bar are ridiculous.

Nice estate. Near Egham, Heathrow. Good for business travellers. It;s also a very quiet location, in a very good neighboorhood (old windsor). Nice English breakfast. Staff at reception and in restaurant was very friendly. I had room 293. It took me > 5 mins walking with 30 kg luggage, taking stairs, to reach my room. The estate is huge, which is charming, but i do not see this as a good hotel for older or disabled people. If however you have your own car, you can drive to a car park more near to your room. But still, my room could not be reached by elevator. It needed stairs to climb.

The family room was lovely and spacious (it was actually a disabled room) - the playground was Excellent, the swimming pool was good. Very family orientated - external doors should have a sift closing as i didn't appreciate every time the door was left to bang close. The waiting staff in the main restaurant need lessons in good customer service - if you are going to offer a 'children's dining' plan ensure your staff are polite infront of children.

The setting is truly amazing, breathtaking as you drive up the long approach road. Children were very impressed and wanted to live there! All staff very friendly and attentive Restaurant! I think it was a bad night as many peoples meals took ages to come out, or didnt even come out at all, over cooked, the staff were very apologetic but there were obviously issues in the kitchen. My personal experience was not as bad as others but they clearly had problems that night.

Staff all lovely, polite, cheerful and helpful. Food nice - childrens buffet good value. Very clean. Lovely grounds. The toilet in our room smelt of old urine ? on floor tiles and bath could do with fresh sealant and tiles re- grouting. Bathroom looked quite tired. Drinks in expensive in bar. No private changing rooms in pool.

The location, rural setting close to Windsor and motorway links, was excellent. The room facilities (bed for 10 year old child) had been overlooked. We had to change rooms to accommodate additional bed. The new room was dirty, phlegm in wash basin and disabled person shower facility was mouldy and tired looking.

My 3 year old loved Beaumont Bear and the face painting at the weekend. I loved the option of child friendly eating times. The adult buffet was good value and decent quality. Kids buffet menu was poor for both variety and quality. We used adult options. WiFi coverage not great in our room although staff were quick to upgrade me to the faster option when I let them know I was having problems.

space, greeness. kids club (bear club) is very poorly administrated. There are no proper toys or activities administrated. During Easter it was mentioned that there would be film session with cookies and milk but it just happened in 1 of the 7 days we stayed in the hotel.

Loved the setting. It was beautiful. Location was great too for Windsor and Legoland. The bed wasn't very good. Lighting in the room was quite poor and the little things like biscuits which you would find in all other basic hotels was missing from this hotel which was billed as a luxury hotel. The little touches would have been nice.

James on Reception was extremely helpful and had great humour! The food was good and its a great location for a conference (BBSW) The rooms in D block are TINY, and for £139 per night I have stayed in far bigger better and nicer rooms. The whole hotel is far too hot, and I would suggest you check where your room is because its a very long trek to the rest of the hotel if you are in D block!

The grounds are beautiful. Pool temperature perfect. The hotel responded to my complaint about the mattresses and offered to reduce the cost of my stay. Pool Changing Room (unclean showers, rusty soap dishes, broken machine to spin swimwear). Bedroom mattress was way too soft. Having to continually log-in to the Wi-Fi which wasn't as easy as it should have been. Too much focus on guests staying for conferences and not enough on individual guests. No external light over Entrance e which wasn't very safe for a single female returning late at night. Thankfully, the door was always unlocked (in spite of there being a card- entry system)!
