We had a family room booked so it was a real surprise and we really appreciated being put in the Joseph Brampton Suite due to the quietness of the hotel for those two days - thanks again. |

We used the hotel because of the location, which enabled us to visit friends in Farnham Common, and catch a show in London. We used the direct connection from Windsor Riverside. The Breakfast was very good with choices which would please most people. The hotel post code on your letterhead ends with JJ which onTomtom comes up as "Unnamed Road". I would recommend that you get this revised with Tomtom. On the Telephones in rooms your post code ends in JP. This not listed in Tomtom. |

For those who require a good family hotel, I would certainly recommend the Beaumont House. We only stayed for the one night. Food was good and the room was fine, only moan - the pool was a little cold. Would stay there again. |

We purposely choose this hotel for its excellent all round performance.its such a lovely hotel that my family and i just refuse to stay at any other when we get such value for money and top class service here. if there are bad points at the hotel we havent found them yet ! only issue we have had is that we are a young family of 5 and a family room is a little bit of a squeeze but this time they gave us linked rooms which was great ! |

The food was nice, the staff were good, the scenery and the rooms were good The hotel is really overpriced, the rooms are exactly the same as the St.Davids Hotel in cardiff, yet alot more expensive, also the room that i had seen on the booking.com website was not the room we were given upon arrival. It was a much smaller room than the one in the picture which really is false advertisement. |

The food was good and the staff very attentive although there were slight language difficulties at times. having looked at your website I had a clear picture of what to expect, unfortunately the reality was very different. When I entered my roomI was faced with something that looked like a set from the TV show 'Life on Mars'. It was old fashioned, dingy and in places grubby. The first thing I noticed was the absense of a Guest Directory so I had no idea who to contact to make my complaint. When I started to look around I noticed that the TV was out of the Ark, there was no iron or ironing board, the bathroom was grubby with no tissues. I later found a stain on my bedsheet but not the promised 'topper'. When I complained at reception, along with some other guests doing the same we were told there were no other rooms available and that was it.... |

No traffic noise, quiet surroundings, straight forward unfussy service, our half board deal through booking.com made it very good value for money which more than offset all the issues below. Room was dated but clean, small room, comfortable but springy and small double bed, knew that accommodation was a long way from reception but will surprise many, school dinner food (fair quality and selection but basic presentation), dated swimming pool and no sauna etc. |

Showering and sleeping after a long drive and subsequent wedding reception The room was very small. The hotel was difficult to find with mainly non existant signage. |

The reduced prices for children in the restaurant and bar food. The close proximity to Windsor Castle, Legoland and the river. Some of the staff did not speek good english although seemed friendly. At breakfast we had to ask a couple of times each day for a pot of tea for two. Even though there was four of us staying in a room, we were given three towels and only one of each of the toiletries which was not replenished without a call to housekeeping. the lights were too dim in the room. |

Beautiful grounds room was very dirty.especailly the toilet. Soap scum and hairs in sink and bath .Duvet all stained which I asked to be replaced, They also ran out of duvet covers so had to have 2 sheets folded in half. . The hotel ran of milk for the tray in room so unable to have tea/coffee in unless you liked it black. Hotel very nosiy late at night with people banging doors which woke our 5yr old up numerous times. It is also worth mentioning that hotel on Heathrow flight path so planes flying directly over til around midnight then start again about 6ish |

The pool and room. Selection at breakfast buffet Childrens play area could have been cleaner and better equipped. Given size of grounds an outdoor play area would be appreciated. appreciate restaurant was busy for breakfast though buffet could still have been kept better stocked and cleaner |

Reception Staff were very helpful. Provided biscults and hot/cold drinks to help yourself in the lounge during the day - this is a nice touch. Quite a few things. The hotel caters for conferences I think more than the family holiday. Brochures of attractions -things to do while in the area were not available neither was a map of the area. Standard I would have thought. Meal at the Bistro Bar was not up to standard at all and I spoke to various other people who thought likewise. I sent my back but husband so hungry just ate his - end up paying for substandard meal. In the male changing room my husband informed me that the same stain in the toilet had been there for our entire stay! Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows even worse. Considering we paid £150.00 per night. |
