The service was second to none a friendly relaxed manner while remaining business like and professional Food quality and standard exellent Rooms and premises immaculately kept and presented Exceptionally clean I would reccomend very highly to anyone wanting a pleasant functional place to stay local to the area I have just taken delivery of a new car and the access to the car parking area is quite tight

From the minute I arrived, the staff made me very welcome, the room was basic, but at under £60 for a room with shower and own use of wc, it was excellent value. The breakfast was top quality, and the best of ingredients, no cheap sausages!... The place itself is homely and has a lovely conservatory/garden and private car park. There is free wifi and it actually works unlike the larger chains!! I would definatley recommend the Beaumont to anyone travelling in the Kent area..

Location and price was all inclusive i.e. including a good breakfast. Not very good service on checking in and no one around if you needed anything.

It is alovely home from home hotel. Its hidden from the main road even though it is quite near it. The room was very comfortable and the bed was gorgeous. My son who is 12 saied it was 'the best bed he had ever slept in!'. We were made welcome and we used the wi fi in the hotel lounge during the evening. The tea and coffee facilities were good ( I took my own milk) The hotel was quiet and warm and the shower was cleand and there was lots of lovley hot water on a very cold night!! The breakfast was excellent and the service very good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was made to feel welcome. There was plenty of parking available. The single room had a large bed, and Sky tv. Breakfast was well cooked. Comfortable lounge. . Good value for the price. There was a fair amount of traffic noise from the a2, for those rooms at the front of the hotel. The separate toilet was cold and needs a radiator.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, made my visit less lonely. Thank you The first room I was given was unnacceptable - room 5 I think where the shower unit is in the bedroom and the toilet was up the corridor. This ought to be clear at booking as it is strange to say the least. Saying that when I spoke to staff about how uncomfortable I was sleeping in a shower room I was moved immediately and I know they went out oft heir way to ensure I didnt have to go back into the odd room. The second room I was put in was very acceptable.

The b&b is not manned after something like 21:00, I arrived back from having a meal at 23:15 to find that the door latch was in the lock position, I could not gain access with my key. I rang the out of hours phone number which went onto voice mail, I never received a call back. I gained access by disturbing another guest who was in bed at the time, surely this is not acceptable and needs to be addressed. The Beaumont does not do evening meals and it is quite a walk into the town.

Breakfast very good. Sitting room area very convenient. There was a slightly musty smell in the hotel, as if it were damp, although rooms, beds etc were not damp. Rooms were a little on the small side. There were many steps inside the house, coming in to sitting room etc. Some of these were unexpected and could cause an acccident.

Friendly, good breakfast, reasonable sized room (take a double bed if a tall person like me). Free Wifi and use of a desktop computer in the lounge. Not too far walking from town centre but few places to eat (a couple of pubs and Indian restaurants was all I found) - and most stop serving food at 9pm if you arrive in the evening on business.

The Beaumont has lots of character. It is not like alot of hotels these days that are very plain and 'retro' looking. Every room is different. The lady who runs it is extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished with an old English feel to them. I have been back twice now and would thoroughly recommend it :)

We went to a funeral locally so needed a hotel within the region. For this it supplied all our requirements. The classifications you give in the previous question were not applicable in this case.
