Friendly and knowledgable staff. Comfortable beds. Powerful easy to operate responsive shower. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Useful to have on site parking. Walking distance railway station. Would recommend. Lack of towel rail by basin. I understand this is going to be rectified soon!

Immaculately clean, excellent facilities, ie: big fluffy white towels, complimentary dressing gown. Good tea and coffee facilities. A lovely touch was cream egg at breakfast on Easter Sunday morning. Lovely, polite staff. My husband particularly liked the 'big' breakfast option. All positive no negative points.

I loved the style the bedrooms had been done in. How friendly (and understanding!) the staff were towards us, so the bed was very comfortable. The shower could do with being a bit bigger so I can get my hands up to wash my hair easier.

The hotel was in a great location and only a short distance to Windermere centre and 20 minute walk to Bowness. The owner was lovely and we recieved a warm welcome. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very very clean. Great trip would like to return again.
