Room for 3 people
Breakfast, no tea/coffee making in room.
The bed was comfortable, the temperature in the room. Close to Earl's Court metro station, less than 10 min walk.
The shower (I do not like the fix showers in the wall, but this is purely subjective).
My friend and I enjoyed a weekend in London, the hotel provided an ideal location to get to the underground and a comfortable stay. We had a cup of coffee, a TV and towels, the beds were comfortable and plenty of room. Good value for money in a lovely area with plenty to eat close.
The breakfast was not good at all, however don't let it put you off just eat out. All in all an enjoyable stay
Breakfast was good - great coffee and perfect poached eggs! The location was quiet but 5 minutes from tube and close to gig venue (Earls Court) The beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, water hot. Staff were helpful and pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised, giuven that this was by far the cheapest hotel available.
Location, easy to find from M4, parking and they said the car could be parked there the following day. Basic but spotless room. Quiet location but near the tube station. For the cost of the room I was very surprised with the hotel and would certainly stay again.
Breakfast, not much choice and no orange juice which seemed strange. Sort out the breakfast and this hotel would be excellent.
Location, the building that looks like real London, with Elizabethan windows. The hotel is only one of identical buildings that are all fancy private residences
receptionists and staff could be more polite, at least a bit more interested, but it is not that you will experience bad temperament. It looks those are kids working for small money.
Location Friendly staff
Uncomfortable bed/pillows Breakfast
this hotel is not far from the tube station and the busy high street of Earls Court, the lift was a bonus, our room was large, clean and comfortable.no tea of coffee in room but this is remedied by going down to dining room for free cups of your choice ,breakfast and service excellent and well worth the visit
not a dislike but the heating was on 24 hours so it got a bit warm ;solution open the windows ,
Friendly staff and location
All was good!
Location was good.
Poor breakfast, no wi-fi. Bed EXTREMELY uncomfortable, room next to lift VERY noisy
Walking distance to Olympia
No coffee facility in rooms
Very pleasant helpful staff. Hotel ideally located for Olympia and Earls Court, Parking facilities a big bonus!!
No tea or coffee making facilities in room but they were available downstairs in dining room between 7.30 and late...not ideal when you wake up early and crave a good cup of tea!!!
Great location Clean room and towels Friendly reception staff
Breakfast basic but to be expected at the price
No wifi in bedroom
Closeness to the tube station, triple room was spacious.
Hard mattress, very old furniture in the room, wifi only in the little lobby area, too small not buffet breakfast
The breakfast was nice enough The location, very near the underground
No wifi in the room
spacious room nice location friendly staff
poor breakfast bad wi-fi connection
The location was excellent and the overnight parking very convenient
There was noting I disliked as it suited my purpose
The hotel is located very close to Earl's Court Tube station and just a few minutes walk from a lot of pubs & cafes & restaurants. I booked the room at the very last minute so the only room available was Single Basic. The room was clean and not THAT small, there was wardrobe and drawer to keep staff in, the bed was quite comfortable, there were additional pillow and blanket, it wasn't noisy, staff was friendly, the breakfast was fine (I stayed just for the weekend so it didn't bother me that it was the same every day) - there was only a basin in the room as the bathroom was shared for that kind of room. In general it was ok (and really cheap) but it's possible to find a higher standard room in London in just a bit higher price and similar location (if you book in advance).
Bath in a shared bathroom isn't a good idea. To be fair there was a shared bathroom with shower but the "hot" water there was actually chilly, so taking shower wasn't very pleasant. The room was clean and the walls seemed to be repainted quite recently, though a few things could be replaced - like the old mirror, already blackening or old blankets - I mean, such things cost like a few pounds in IKEA and replacing the old ones would change a lot. Plus there could be coffee/tea facilities in the room.
Stayed here for two nights in November of 2014. We ended up checking in about an hour early and it was no problem. The hotel is an easy walk from the Earl's Court Underground and train station. We got our room keys and stayed on the first floor in the back. The room was small, but adequate and fairly clean. The bed was quite firm, and so were the pillows. I did have to go ask for softer pillows, but none were available so I just made due. The breakfast was very good and made to order. The wi-fi was free, but a bit slow in the room where we were staying. They cleaned up the room and gave us fresh towels for the 2nd night. I set the towels on the corner of the sink before I went to bed, but overnight, there must have been a small drip in the sink and the towels absorbed the water. As a result, the towels were pretty wet the morning we were checking out (Sunday). I went to see if I could get dry towels from the front desk at 6:55am and again at about 7:10am only to find the front dark and locked. We made due with a few towels that were the least wet and went down for breakfast at 7:30am when someone had opened the front desk. I wasn't sure what to expect from a budget hotel, but I think I got my monies worth here. I would stay at the Beaver again but would ask for a softer bed and pillows next time. For the price and the location, it was a good deal.
The tree lined street which was so convenient for shops, cafes, bars, buses and tube, only minutes from Earls Court. It was really peaceful and quiet at night you would hardly know you were in the centre of London. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful . The room had a beautiful bay window . Great value for money.
Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room as we didn't want to wander around the hotel in our pyjamas. Breakfast was quite small (but fresh and hot) and i would have loved some refreshing fruit juice . Bed was a little too hard for me but may suit others fine.

Cooked Breakfasts Hotel Location close to Earls Court Nice lounge and dining area
Hard Beds Lack of tea facilities in the rooms Noisy with banging doors from inconsiderate guests
