The power shower
Dirty bedsheets, no quilts on bed, hair inside bedding, poor quality english breakfast, no tea or coffee making facilities in rooms, found other peoples hair attached to our own clothing. Staff not available for late night check in
good location. friendly staff. good value for money.
Parking spot behind the hotel. The breakfast was ok.
1 toilet for complete floor, 2 showers for a complete hotel? No tv on room. The bed was hard as a rock. Everything was old n tired, needs a total makeover to get up to any standard
A cooked breakfast was included and although a bit small it was enough for me. Everything was generally clean and tidy. Good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful when I checked in and out. The location is good and just a few minutes stroll from Earl's Court tube station, would also be good for the exhibition centre.
There is no shower in the shared bathroom (just a bath) and I didn't want to monopolise it for that long. I like a firm mattress but the single bed was too hard for my liking. I don't think the sheets had been changed from the last guest, I'm sure they would have changed them if asked but I didn't have time and wasn't too bothered.
quiet but convenient location adequate room facilities excellent for car parking
poor quality breakfast needs updating
We were extremely disappointed , the staff was y kind at all. We were at the breakfast Buffet at 9:20 am and the staff make us feel that its late they serve us a poor ration and 5 min after came to take the dishes ans told us to go and eat the breakfast in the lounge if We want!!! Its very expensive for this quality of service, the staff needs some classes of marketing and communication. - wi fi in lounge only but very low ... - unconfortable bed , we felt the springs... -Fortunatly, london is a magnificient city we didn't spend more than 8 hours per day in this hotel
This hotel was comfortable and reasonably priced for the location. Good breakfast options.
Creaky room floor
Close to Earl's Court, en-suite bathroom
Small size of breakfast
Unfortunately, summer is so warm and uncomfortable.
Clean accommodation, good breakfast, off street parking (extra).
Friendly people, good location.
WiFi was not very clear
Excellent location. Kind and helpful staff.
Breakfast wasn't my cup of tea personally but that won't stop me staying again
Friendly staff proximity to Earls Court tube station good housekeeping Nice lounge with good internet Good breakfast by London standards
Shared dirty bathrooms no internet in rooms taxis called by reception are a rip off
Room was quiet. It was very convenient for the V&A and Royal Albert Hall (we went to a Prom concert)
No kettle or method of making a drink in our room. No hot water for a shower except early in the morning. Poor quality breakfast - on the second day the sausages were impossible to eat.Not particularly friendly staff.
Lovely quiet and handy location. Great for the tube.
The cooked breakfast is a bit small..
Lovely old fashioned lounge with sofas and a friendly atmosphere. Service at our table for excellent and plentiful breakfast. Cleanliness and smiles all round. Close to central London and the tube station (Earl's Court)
Sharing bathroom facilities was ok but on my floor the bathtub did not have a shower. Minor inconvenience though, overall very good value for money.
good location for tube, quiet area but easy to reach major tourist spots. excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and friendly staff. spacy rooms and good size shower room. all in all great VFM especially for kensington,£170 for 3 nights b&b.. catholic church next door might be good for some folk.
no tea, cotfee or drinks in rooms because apparently kept getting stolen. was a bit of a problem given how hot it was
The staff helpful, nice quiet road, very clean, nice family run feel
No wifi in rooms, only in lounge, no kettle in bedrooms.
Dirty. Shared bathroom with no shower nor sink and dirty. Internet almost non-existent . Some member of the staff was standoffish and little helpful.
Location is very close to Earls Court station (exhibition exit) and in a quiet terrace, with little passing traffic. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. My twin bedded room was a good size and it was very clean. The price was very good for mid-summer in central London
Apart from the entrance, everywhere looked tired and a bit dowdy. The owners could do with spending money to upgrade the hotel, which would enable them to charge higher prices. But there is a market for cheaper hotels, of course.
Great location, close to the metro station Very quiet place and lovely neighbourhood Arranging and friendly staff
No internet in the room The bathroom could be improved a little bit Mattress was not the best of comfort
I had room 44 and it was SO quiet! Considering the location, I was very impressed. Also liked the fact that the water pressure was excellent so the bath filled quickly, and I could open the window nice and wide for lots of air. Waitress at breakfast extremely efficient and friendly. Staff on reception desk friendly also. And batteries that worked in the remote control! Very pleased with my stay, many thanks.
Carpet in my room hadn't been hoovered for a while.
Just 10 min walking from the hotel to Olympia Exhibition Centre. Just 5 min walking to Tesco. Ironing board, plug adapter -available on request.
Same breakfast composition every day. Very weak Wi-Fi connection.
there is barely wifi signal, we can only connect it in its common room, and the quality of wifi is still low. one middle-aged lady in reception is really nice and friendly, but one young lady is poor mannered and barely smile. the "Bristish breakfast" has no mashroom and beans. we are not comfortable living there.
Almost everything was fine, nice hotel, comfortable, just a few minutes walk to the undergraund station, not far from centre.Nice breakfast and nice staff
The only thing that disappointed me was the cleanliness.Bed sheets was not changed over the time we stay there and it felt like the floor was not vacuumed.Shame because the hotel is very nice.Enyway I'll stay at the same hotel next time and I even recommend it
