The location for Earl's Court is very good, but although it was budget it still wasn't worth paying for The rooms were really poor - poorly fitted, very out of date, one of our rooms was basically a broom cupboard that had been changed into a bedroom

Thr location is great. It took only 7 minutes to reach the place of my work, I.E. Earl's Court Exhibition Centre, & 10 minutes to reach the nearest underground. The staff is multi-international: many came from Italy, Belgium & Romania. Since I speak Italian as well, I could use it with the receptionist. I liked my English breakfast. However, I didn't eat eggs & bacon, since I'm not accustomed to eating heavily in the morning, I still enjoyed cereals with milk, toasts with jam & black tea. The room was quite cosy. There were a few minuses I'd like to warn the future visitors of the Beaver Hotel. Firstly, the sockets in the room are quite strange & don't fit any modern plugs. So I suggest to take an adapter. Secondly, the room wasn't as clean as I expected. It was indeed cleaned but still it seems as if they changed garbage bags only. Thirdly, probably it's not such a large drawback but still: the breakfast was served from 7.30 to 9.30am. I'd prefer it to be till 10.30 at least))

The location of the hotel is great, it takes only 5 mins to reach the tube station. The staff is very polite and ready to help you. The room was very clean. I booked the single room with the shared bathroom and this bathroom was absolutely clean and pleasant for using. Good breakfast! And the price was really attractive!

Was clean enough, staff were very friendly, parking was great in this location as hardly any other hotels have parking around there. Room was big. The location was great as I was exhibiting at Earls Court and it only took 5 mins to walk there so very convenient. For what I paid I think it was a good deal. Bed was hard, shower was tempremental and extremely low so I had to duck. Hotel needs updating but this is reflected in the price

Accommodation in London is difficult at the best of times but this hotel was more than appropriate for my needs: within 250 metres of bus routes and an underground station, a similar distance from a Tesco supermarket, and 20 minutes walk from the Natural History and Science Museums and kensington Gardens, in an attractive street. The room was comfortable and heated, breakfast was honest and sufficient, staff were friendly and professional. I would use this hotel again.

Good location, very near Earl's Court tube station. It was pretty quiet at night, so I could have good rest after tiresome day. Not bad English breakfast. Tea / coffee making facilities in breakfast room. Bed throw needed a wash.

Excellent value for money: Personnel is very freindly, the rooms are very clean even if one can admit that they are a little bit old. The hotel itself is very well maintained. Breakfast is good (large choice of continental and/or english breakfast) On top of that, the hotel is located 5 min walk from earl's court ( first underground zone) which is very convenient to go dowtown. Parking lot availbale behing the hotel!!
