The hotel had a lift for all the floors. The single room, which I had, n0 14a, is extremelly small. It is the first time being in a hotel room, without aTV. Even in the worst African hotels, they a tv in the room. The hotel does not have a Waiting Hall area in the Reception point.

It's proximity to Earls Court Underground The room was tiny and the shower room & toilet was the size of a cupboard and the floor got soaking wet when the shower was used. The breakfast was very poor with one tiny piece of bacon & one tiny sausage and it was cold as was the toast and the table top in the dining room was sticky. I paid £75 for one night which I thought was very expensive for the quality of the hotel.

On-site parking at £10 a day was the clincher...that close to the centre of town this is very hard to find. The hotel is no better than OK, but its location five minutes from Earls Court tube and fifteen minutes' walk from Kensington High Street is excellent. The bathroom extractors and the lift were quite noisy at night.

Location strategic to see central London, with a huge Tesco supermarket 2 mins walk away and Earls Court Underground (Warwick Rd exit) only 8 mins walk away. Good breakfast with choice of scrambled/fried/poached eggs! Basic and adequate single room with hairdryer. Happy to return to this hotel. Shower space for single room very small and hence the toilet floor often gets wet after shower, but wasn't too much a problem for me as I am only 5 feet tall and small and fit alright into shower. Might be a problem for bigger guys!

It was in the right location. Room was basic but very clean. I only spent one night there but would do so again. Reception staff were v friendly and helpful. It was good value for money considering its location. Parking available was an added bonus. There didn't seem to be much in the way of facilities but I was lucky as I had only to spent the time there asleep. The decor was dated and public areas left a bit to be desired. The breakfast was poor in terms of quality and ingredients (no orange juice available and sausages of lowest quality) and served by grumpy staff.

Breakfast was included. The location beside a church was nice. I was very near the Earls Court conference centre and the London underground rail. A 24 hour tesco was less than 5 minutes away. There were tea and coffee facilities downstairs Room was clean, but layout was strange and it could do with been modernized. Tea and coffee facilities would of been nice in the room. ( they are available downstairs ) A T.V. in the room would of been nice.

The excellent, very friendly hotel staff. The best choice of the budget hotel if you need to travel to the London for business. The best combination of the price and comfort. The rooms are small, but very clean and cosy. If you need a large studio when you travel to see London or for business, please go to another hotel with 2-4 time higher prices. A good location close to the metro station. The best choise for travellers, who need only a comfortable place to sleep and spend the most time out of the hotel.

I read some bad reviews on Beaver hotel (not clean, mould in the bathrooms, spiders in the rooms, breakfast) but was very nicely surprised. I had a room without bathroom and the one on the floor was absolutely clean and no mould. The room was clean, walls nicely painted and the full english breakfast was awesome. Don´t forget the complimentary tea (lovely earl grey) and coffee. I paid only about 50GBP and the girl I was traveling with paid about 80 GBP for a similar hotel close to Earl´s court with a very poor continental bkfst. So I really recommend. The room was small and so was the bed.

The Car Park was reasonable for London. The whole hotel is in Dire need of a refurb. The rooms were extremely run down and outdated, for the amount charged and being a regular traveller to London for business I am used to a much higher standard of hotel for the Money.
