Warm and friendly staff Comfy bed Free parking Breakfast
Really don't have anything I didn't like
Friendliness of the Proprietor.
Difficult to Fine
Good sized room, comfortable King size bed, excellent breakfast with quality products.
Electric shower over bath, do not like showering in a bath.
would just like to thank Jo and staff for making our stay perfect so helpful the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was the best enjoyed our stay so much have booked for another weekend. Peter and Sharon from wolverhampton
We needed an early check in as we were attending a wedding nearby. The hotel staff pulled out the stops to ensure our room was ready early so we could get ready for the event. The room was great, the bed very comfy and the Breakfast was excellent.
Couldn't fault the hotel at all really
Very friendly and helpfull owner . Food fresh and home cooked , plenty of choice for breakfast . Excellent location and would happily stay again .
they say you get what you pay for this totally exceded that, great value for money, a real mans breakfast to start the day
The hosts were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent
Secure parking.The bed was comfortable.
Mould on bathroom and bedroom windows. The same price as some Holiday Inns with fewer facilities. This is more like a B&B than a hotel.
Very friendly, helpful reception
Spacious comfortable room. Pleasant owners.
Location a bit out of the way if without transport.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The car park was locked at 10pm(you were given a key if you needed to go out), so everything felt very secure. Breakfast was delicious.
Jo and Asif were very helpful and polite, fan supplied in the room which was brilliant for the hot nights and a extra extension to help charge phones etc. Even though Jo had a slight accident service was still spot on and breakfast good. Parking good too. Will definitely use again.
Jo really couldn't have offered to do more for me. I had keys to come and go as I pleased. Jo let me leave my car in the car-park even after I had checked out. The hotel is within walking distance of my brother's house. The breakfast was lovely - thank you! My bed was very comfortable. The hot water was very hot! The welcoming, personal text (asking for an ETA) was nice way to confirm the booking. I will definitely be staying again!
I couldn't get used to hearing people walking around above me! There was a loud noise around 4am (toilet flushing/heating switching on?) which made me jump!
the friendly atmosphere & service from the family run guest house
The closeness to the bus route The owner let me borrow the A-Z of the Wirral I arrived shortly after 10.00 and was able to leave my car in the carpark
The room was very hot and I needed to unhook the windows to allow more air.
Good communication before our arrival, lovely welcome, great breakfast, spacious clean room. Good safe parking. Suited us perfectly.
Shower was a bit difficult to control
Very comfy bed in our room, plus lovely matching wall paper and pull blinds of birds , lovely people who went out there way to make your stay a pleasant one, found the owner couldn't do enough for you, overall excellent customer service!
very welcoming and homely, good breakfast.
We liked the friendliness of the service and the efficiency of the service
Good price. Nice breakfast. All the people working there seemed very pleasant and friendly.
Big scary-looking dogs in a pen next to the car park. Barked each time I went to and from my car.
staff breakfast was amazing
The very friendly owners nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms could do with a bit of TLC .
The owner was very helpful and the breakfast was good and provided earlier for me because I had to leave early. Car park is very good and the public facilties very good for a B&B. Would stay again
If you want to go into Liverpool and not drive it is a good walk to the station but the trains are frequent. Couple of things in the bathroom needed attention. Shower rail and toilet seat, but overall very clean and tidy.
The owner was cheerful, friendly and I thought genuine.Other guests I spoke with were of the same opinion.
There was no shower gel or shampoo left in the room.I thought it was an oversight the first night, however I stayed several nights and there was never any left.I did not complain as I had my own,but it is a basic requirement.
